I don't. In fact, I think he's done a hell of a job with all this. The groundswell of support is outstanding.

Him antagonizing exceptional individuals on twitter is entertaining but he's just making himself and people associated with him look like morons. He isn't doing anything illegal, but if one of the leftists compiles all his tweets and presents them to a judge as evidence of the voice actors being harassed it isn't going to look good.

Why would that be relevant, and why the judge enter it into evidence? The key issue here is defamation of Vic and the resultant loss of business opportunities. The evidence they would be allowed to enter is limited to that which could impeach the credibility of the plaintiff's case.

Texas Legislators, like those of most states, are part time. The Legislature is only in session part of the year.

It's actually worse (better?) than that. The Texas legislature only meets EVERY OTHER year (odd numbered years). Unless the Governor calls them into special session or something. And that session every other year is limited to 140 days. So every even year, and a good chunk of the odds, this guy would be sitting with his thumb up his ass.

Not at all. he's basically behaving in much the same way as a cable news legal commentator does. he does not appear to have crossed any ethical boundaries. As for harassing anyone? I don't believe he has sent any direct communications at any of the players in this until or unless they committed defamatory actions against him. And then he has formaly and politely corrected them and insisted on a retraction.

I haven't been keeping up with TeamFourStar and what they think of this. I do remember some people saying that one or two members were liking and/or retweeting a couple KickVic posts. But as far as I know no one has made an official statement about the matter.

What harassment? It's been a lot of legal correcting from what I've seen with a bit of dunking mixed in. Hell he told them they should have lawyered up ages ago, for free even. Besides he's not part of the case, whatever he does is pretty irrelevant. He would have to do something really crazy to get his tweets dragged into the case

No. They don't. They literally think real life works like twitter. I.e., the accusation IS the conviction. They called him names, they got a mob of people to agree with them, and that's supposed to be the end of it.

I think half of them think they'll just be able to block the Texas court system on Twitter and Facebook and that'll be the end of it.

The people are only used to operating in the confines of call-out blog/Twitter lynch mobs at worst and University kangaroo court tribunals at best. They know nothing about the law or the court systems of the real world because they simultaneously believe they're above them but know that they stand no chance when they actually have to play by the rules of the real world, that's why said University tribunals are fighting tooth and nail to be a separate entity from the actual court systems

Has anyone seen any claims other then a parade of out of context kisses on the cheek to girls who stood in line to get some personal attention from their favorite Voice Actor? And the rather sketchy claims that he touched someones hair. Have there been any actual accusations involving pantslessness? Happy bits? Any contact below the belt as it were? Pretty Ugly Little Liars is basically the poor man's (or woman's in this case since I think the userbase is largely female) version of Kiwifarms if it focused more exclusively on the anime community. I lurked there a bit when Todd Haberkorn was getting accused and they were so quick to demand a thread be made for him after his interactions with Jessie Pridemore was revealed. Don't know if it was made, but the fact that they depend on feelings rather than facts to make judgments really annoyed me.

I haven't been able to find anything either when I looked. The only thing I could find was KaiserNeko made a blanket statement saying to listen to the victims. No one is asking you to believe everything they say but just listen them. So unless I missed something people were just spreading false information about them, I guess.
