I am having trouble picturing her with child in any way. All I can see is that it would come out of her vag crying and ranting about injustice, lawyers, and its favorite Sentai series.

That looks like a rather expensive Cosplay. I'm not an expert, and I don't know her skill sets in costuming. Everything from the neck down while seemingly well made, is mainly just basic craft skills, such as using warbla craft foam and sewing. But the belt buckle and the helmet are the expensive pieces. The helmet especially as that is clearly a very well done likely custom made piece. Either 3d Printed or a casting. The finish on it is gorgeous. And that special shaped visor is quite complicated. I wouldn't think that the helmet was bought for less than $500, and just aslikely it could be up over $1000.

From looking around? Depends on how dumb you are.
You can throw together that with only certain special clothing for probably under $300, say $250 range.
Or you can go and buy one of the specially made costumes from Aniki Cosplay which run to $1500.
From the closeups, it looks like a decent costume, so it's probably the $1500 range.
Which, btw let's me pay all my utilities for a quarter. Or covers my entire council tax bill for the year.

Look. I understand that there will always be cows. Given the purpose of the Farms, it's self-evident that that's a good thing.
But I swear to Jeebus, if this particuar one isn't hobbled fairly soon, I'm going to lose my entire faith in humanity. The idea that somebody with absolutely no marketable skills or talent whatsoever can destroy the career of a highly accomplished professional, based on lies, with no repercussions, is a world that should be subjected to exterminatus.
I mean, Jesus Christ, there needs to be at least some natural order to the universe!

Edit: Looking into it apparently the episode is Season 10 episode 5. Since she said it was the newest episode, that's the closest episode to the date of the tweet. Also since she said she was watching the "challenge" she might only appear in the challenge portion of the episode.
