Finally got around to watching Twoons video after chatting in discord with y'all. Unwatchable for several reasons:

• Doesn't have any clue about the complicated details involved in reporting CSAM, CSE or CP to a social media platform whilst concurrently reporting it to the relevant Law Enforcement Agency. Can't say I blame him too much as it's a pretty opaque process for the most part but becoming hysterical over it instead of listening to others who have a clue doesn't do him any favors.
• Deflecting from #YoutubeWakeUp by attempting his own rehash (#InstagramWakeUp) of MattWhatItis' viral video dealing with a similar preponderence of CSE on instagram in particular.
• His video wasn't informative, it was hysterical and what he showed as evidence I didn't really understand.
• Didn't research or understand any of the laws at play when it comes to dealing with illegal content online and how to refer it in the best manner possible with the ideal amount of information or evidence.

In the subsequent livestream a few hours ago, he did apologize but only because he started to realise how dumb his actions were. He also seems very intent in keeping any blowback at arm's length.

Where did Andy say that? The one reference I've heard Andy make to accessing the folder is that he was sent a video by some thot in which she opens the folder, and the only content with nudity that she supposedly showed in it was of girls of legal age.

This whole thing looks like a giant load of horseshit to be honest. I'm yet to see any evidence of a pedophile ring. The original video by Twoonsperg had censored photos of clearly non-nude girls, and given the hashtag at the end it all looks like self-promotional bullshit. Listen to the language he used - "photos with sexual intent" sounds a lot more sinister than "clearly non-nude photos of girls."

Andy exaggerates as usual... He claims girls were promising their nudes and "vag" photos for money. There was one girl who was offering boobs and butt photos, but there was no indication that either of these were nude. She mentions wearing tight shorts in the twerking video being offered. The thot that Andy brought on his livestream pretty much gave it away when she said these were "cleavage shots" and described the content as "softcore child porn."

Unless there's something I'm missing I really don't see the issue here. I don't see what this has to do with Instagram, as the crux of the problem seems to be an archive posted on Mega that nobody has apparently looked at (if Twoonsperg and Andy are to be believed). I'm pretty sure that Instagram would have removed any nude content - especially "vag" pics - if there really was any.
