They’re trying to be as inclusive as possible by listing off every possible trans person. It’s just a way to say you “support trans people” in a much longer way. The longer posts also help increase the virtue signal. Also, because this is Tumblr, leaving out some extreme minority can be seen as “erasure” because you aren’t acknowledging their existence. It could have been shortened to just “all trans people” and it would mean the same thing.
