That's a real shame. At least Memology has like 4 backup channels. It's a waste for him to risk it if he depends on his youtube revenue at all though.

Within the first 15 minutes of the stream. The Killstream as a live event is all but banned on YouTube, last time Ralph tried this he went to Zidan's live streaming channel and they got banned in the first 15-20 minutes if I recall correctly. Technically this would be ban evasion as far as I know the rules (I don't think the Keemstar rule would work in this case since it seems only the Killstream itself is banned), plus I'm sure YouTube wouldn't want another WSJ article, especially with such a "toxic" chat:

Memology nooo. I like your weird edits and ambient music. You seemed pretty chill and also were really invested in making content that even pushed boundaries. Anyone remember how he uploaded the vid about the guy who stomped on his cat for a donation? You'd delete the vids hours after to get past trouble.

This is going to kill the channel, this is probably one of the most selfish things we'll see Ralph do, Andy has 3 channels they could have done this on sacrifice one of those... unless some sort of miracle happens and they're able to go by the all seeing eye of YouTube or them getting the channel banned causes PewDiePie to get involved this is the ultimate Hail Mary pass.
