As I recall, Jim took every oppertunity to talk about the suit before, durring, and after it.

Same as Vic/Beard, he was advised not to talk specifics. But I'd be surprised if his pre/durring/after videos weren't still on his channel.

Just get a protest permit from the city. The courthouse probably doesn't own the sidewalks. So long as you are not physically on the steps and on city property instead you could do that all day, and if some cops do show up, show them the permit.

Sargon was a different situation. Zoe Quinn / Anita Sarkeesian / Brianna Wu were directly using any interactions with them as evidence in their kabuki harassment theater, which their allies in the media were playing along with. Insulting them, trying to debate them, even replying to them to prove them wrong only gave them faux victimhood they could directly turn into shekels. Starving the beast by adding a layer of abstraction -- for example, taking screenshots of tweets and replying to the argument -- fucked with their game.
