Execs should make more. You will never have competent talent that can administrate an organization effectively if you pay them nothing. You can often do more good by competitively compensating your c-suite because of the skills they bring.

Giving retards jobs isn't about giving them money, the government provides that. It's about making them feel like they are part of society. Nobody would hire them if they had to actually pay them real money.

IDK about goodwill as a company or if it's a scam, but those are kinda dumb things to criticize them about.

I'm honestly not sure what Ralph and Andy could do as a real job at this point.
