True, but I suspect Sammie goes beyond mere dumb-and-laziness, because she tells FAR too many lies for which she has no chance whatsoever of being believed. She can't even keep straight such basic matters as "How many kids do I supposedly have" or "Am I currently pregnant" or "Did I remember to supposedly give birth BEFORE getting pregnant yet again" and so forth.

I agree that kf loooooves to retcon diagnoses on most people that have threads but sammie is actually on social security so we know shes been deemed indignant in some way by the state.

I agree that it wouldn't take Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy to want a diagnosis on Sammie, but it's probably just standard retardation mixed with bad parenting and narc tendencies. She doesn't really have physical signs of FAS or anything, doesn't have Downs either. Her infertility at a young age may indicate a genetic disorder, but honestly I think she's just really stupid and craves attention. I wouldn't have it any other way.
