Yes, I did miss the part when he said "until Fall", my original comment was only taking into consideration the video you posted earlier, in which he does not say that, I should've specified.
Then, I searched the video in which he says what you're claiming, and this is the quote:
"Tomorrow, you know, I'll be starting at, for all intent and purposes, an hour earlier, all right? And that's going to be, until it ends, which I believe it doesn't end until the fall? So yeah, everyday it will be an hour earlier now, with the streams, ok?"
In this statement, he is wrong in one thing: The next 'DST' in which clocks are turned backwards 1 hour, (In most of the states in the US), is in the third of November of 2019, and he claims that he believes this is happening when fall starts. Fall starts on the 23 of September of 2019, so that's his mistake.
What I'm arguing is that technically, the previous quoted statement, in 2019, is true. His streams are indeed starting 1 hour earlier in regards to the planet, (No matter where the viewer is), not in regards to the official US time. And that is until it ends, which is true, and that is in which he "believes" is the start of fall, which is true. He believes that, even if it's inaccurate in reality.
So my conclusion is that the false part of his statement is his conclusion of his speculation of when fall starts, not the speculation in itself, therefore, a truthful statement.
