I mean technically legally yes, he should be financially independent and starting to launch out into the world as an independent person, but he's very obviously not. Janette still has ultimate control of Jazz, probably the one making the medical appointments as well as the one having talks with TLC. She's a momager and she's been doing it since she saw she could get attention from trooning her child. If everything was done on the strait and narrow, sure maybe, but we're talking about a child whose parents declared him trans before he was what? potty trained and has turned his life into a showboating circus of progressive ideology. The money might be his by law but assuming he has 1. any idea of that law or 2. that the law is followed to the letter or 3. that Jazz would have any idea how to use that as leverage to get financial independence 4.
