There are some things that aren't clear though - the guy who filmed the video, this was Brenton Tarrant, correct? Because according to police there were 4 arrests, how come none of the others have been named?

I frequent r/watchpeopledie when I can't sleep because of morbid curiosity. I usually can't watch anything bladed or extremely gory. I watched some of the Vegas shooting footage and it was very traumatizing because it was filmed by someone in the lot while shots were fired and it felt so real. So I could only watch the non-killing parts of the vid. It's not worth your sanity to watch this all. Somewhere I think in the 4th or 5th page or so there's a good TL;DR minute-by-minute summary of what happens if you'd wanna look at that.

I don't even fucking blame you. It's not your typical gore video or shock video. It's just how nonchalant this dude is when he's basically massacring other people. The only other time I've seen something on this level was a video of a Mexican gang basically eviscerating a man's mouth and throat using a rake with "Sweet Child of Mine" playing in the background, all the while the man is still alive and releasing the most blood-curdling scream I've ever heard. I think that scene where the woman is literally screaming "Help Me" in the gutter and he just fucking blows her brains out and runs over her like she's a fucking squirrel or something is the worst part of the whole thing.

Obviously the twitter sphere will go nuts over this because it hits every bullet point of The Narrative, but this didn’t happen in America so I’m curious to see what reaction they have, or if American companies will use this as an excuse to go and shut certain things down.

I do hate to speculate about political moves after tragedies though. There’s a lot of grieving families rn and it makes me sick how people can be so inhuman. Not that we’ll learn anything from this - I give it 6-12mths before the next terrorist attack in the West.
