Okay, here’s the revelations as I understood them, in one post.

Sabat and Rial threatened KamehaCon to drop Vic, threatening to not show up for the con if they didn’t do otherwise. All three are under contract with KamehaCon, so the con would be breaking a contract by disinviting Vic, but Sabat and Rial would also be breaking a contract by not showing up. The owner of the con yields and disinvites Vic. Fast forward to five days ago, when Nick gets news from a little bird inside the con that the owner has had a change of heart and will be reinviting Vic. Nick wants to share this info, but his bird convinces him to wait until the con makes an official announcement on Tuesday. Tuesday has come and gone and there’s been no announcement; apparently Sabat and Rial got word of this too and hounded the owner via text message for three hours today (lots of potential new material for the Amazons…) threatening again to no-show (and break their contracts) if Vic shows up. Nick's latest message from the mole is saying that the KamehaCon owner is so sick of this shit that he’s planning to quit. So Vic's current status is still uninvited.

This went from them being ignorant trash piles of human beings to being arrogant trash fires. It's becoming increasingly clear that they don't just not quite understand how the legal system works, they don't care regardless. They will unabashedly break the fucking law and actually think they deserve to get away with it.

Despite what they want this to look like, this seems to be less about SJWism and more about getting the bigger star kicked from cons so they can make more money. Yeah, Sabat is Vegeta, but Vic was better liked and was the title character of the latest movie. Now Sabat and Rial both moved up a space.

I mean really? Leaving a Digital Record of it? That the guy you are strong arming has a record of? They really are morons. And remember they did this AFTER they got the "Preserve Evidence Letters". So they know this is all going into discovery. They have to know. For fucks sake did Soy Toye file Bar Complaints against Nick without actually bothering to watch any of his videos? Because it sure as shit looks like that.

As for motives. Wasn't there a video just the other day that showed Sabat standing around bored and trying to lure or redirect some of Vic's long line over to his table? Hmmm? That little laughable scene suddenly takes on a whole new meaning, doesn't it?

I'm still curious what the specific lie they told the con in the first place was. What was the thing they said was going to happen, the Nick and others know could not possibly happen?

Sabat is probably too busy fucking cosplayers and sending them disgusting winky faces per twitter to even care. He likely thinks he is the king of the dub world.
Compared to Ryo Horikawa and Kenta Miyake he's just a maggot.

Oh, holy shit, you're right! There's no way they could keep pretending that the lawsuits are all just wishful thinking by the incels at this point! If what Nick said is true, then they know full well they're being sued for tortious interference, and they're just continuing to do it anyway!

Funny that Nick has evidence that Rial, Soy and Sabat are harassing conventions to not bring Vic on, yet Funimation has this on their Twitter feed with no regard to this situation.
