Short but amazing stream. Just in case you might have overlooked anything from all the quick posting go here.

I tried my best to compile all the new info, let me know if anything is missing:

KamehaCon:
  • Vic had a contract with the con
  • Browbeaten into dis-inviting by Monica Rial, Ron Toye, Chris Sabat and Shane Holmberg.
  • Which broke Vic's contract with the con.
  • Under pressure by Rial and Sabat again, "If Vic comes, we won't go".
  • If Rial and Sabat "walk" they are breaking their own contracts.
  • Con owner had a change of heart and re-invited Vic.
  • Con told Nick there would be an announcement that Vic would be invited back on tuesday (03/19/2019).
  • Day ends, no announcement.
  • Owner (apparently) spent 3 hours dealing with Rial and Sabat's screeching. (POSSIBLY IN TEXT)
  • Message to Nick from Kamehacon insider: [Owner] "I can't deal with this anymore."
  • Might be the owner's last Kamehacon.
  • Nothing behind the scenes from Vic's side.
  • KickVic (Rial and Sabat): Conspiracy, Defamation, Tortious Interference, Threats, Harassment and Shrieking.
  • Nick: [If Vic goes] "Sabat is saying that he and other Funi VAs will walk", implicating Funi further.*
  • KickVic's narrative: "Vic wanted to force KamehaCon to let him back but they resisted because Kameha Con knows he's guilty."
  • Shane has close ties to Kamehacon and wanted to start that narrative using Nick's stream.
  • Shane activity tried to interfere with Vic's contract.
  • The same thing Shane kept trying to argue in that Legendary Stream, HE KNEW ALL ALONG.
  • Nick Superchat: "Kamehacon is taking a gap year for quality and all that jazz"
Funimation:
  • See * on Kamehacon list.
  • Funimation (Evan Stone) might get dragged into the con interference because of Rial and Sabat.
  • Nick: "Evan Stone might have a duty to mitigate the damages"

Well that was a stream. Sad for Vic and the poor Kamehacon guy, disgusting for Rial, Sabat, Toye, and Shane, and salivatingly delicious for BHBH including ALOD.

Also, I've noticed Marchi wasn't involved at all in this particular event, despite being the shriekingly vocal one in the opening stages of this debacle. Wonder what's up.

At this point, Chris Sabat, the slithering snake, is not merely a VA flexing his own muscles. He's portrayed himself as representing other VAs. He has his own studio that Funimation uses. He personally stands to benefit directly from muscling Vic out of cons.

And most importantly, he is acting quite possibly as a "vice principal" of Funimation in doing all this, which may mean that Funimation itself is acting through Sabat. Whether through outrageous stupidity or by design, Sabat is holding himself out as such, and he is quite possibly putting Funimation itself on the hook for all the liability of all this.

Why is this important?

Well, for one thing: "In Texas, a corporation may be liable for exemplary damages if it committed gross negligence through the actions or inactions of a vice principal." Hammerly Oaks v. Edwards, 958 S.W.2d 387, 391 (Tex.1997). In other words, the malice of Sabat may be able to be attributed to Funimation itself and that would multiply the damages available to Vic.

Is Funimation completely out of its fucking mind allowing this goddamn madman to go around acting like this? If they aren't actually participating in this deliberately, they should seriously consider getting involved and shutting it down because this is fucked beyond belief.

Well, that wasn't the good news I was hoping for, but still totally worth staying up for. This telenovela is putting TV Azteca to shame.

Small correction here: Nick has a mole in KamehaCon, but it probably isn't the owner. They just told Nick what the owner had been saying.

The end of the stream was kinda anticlimactic. While there was plenty of drama, we really don't have anything more than we did before the stream. Hopefully some of what Nick said will be fleshed out soon.

Well, we do have absolute proof of conspiracy and TI by Rial and Sabat, at least, rather than just the strong implications we had before. I never quite got a grasp on what role Shane had in it, but apparently things don't look good for him either.

@damian looks like you got it all, only thing i see is the KamehaCon head deciding to re-invite Vic earlier (14th?) before backing down due to possible harassment of the other VA's.

Probably because Marchi isn't that involved in the dub of Dragon Ball. She's not one of the main character in DB and she's not going to Kamehacon so she probably doesn't care.

Marchi's not in Dragonball is she? She wouldn't be going to that con anyway.

I'm surprised Schemmel isn't more of a key player. Schemmel never pretended to be Vic's friend to my knowledge. But Sabat is actual scum. So many videos out there of him acting like a pal to Vic when he pulls this shit behind his back, that's just messed up.

Unrelated to this shitstorm, but during the stream Nick also Mentioned Ron is Sabat and Monica's mouthpiece because they want to keep up their public appearance (if I heard that correctly, it all went by so fast)
Hence his autistic REEEing on twitter 24/7
Which I find funny because that means they want to use Cuck Toye as their fall guy

TI is now a slam dunk. This is even without considering that the Beard firm probably has a lot more evidence than is available just to the public looking at what's gone down on Twitter and in Nick's videos.

If this stuff is all true, they aren't just talking TI, this is teetering on the edge of actual prosecutable criminal activity. Specifically extortion, just for starters.

I guess that's right, since Marchi's not part of DragonBall.

Still, you'd think her selfrighteous outrage would behoove her to screw with Vic in any way possible.

Ron's direct involvement is minor in what I'm covering, so it will not be added.

I hope you folks are right and I'm just too tired to see progress being made. As you say, "If this stuff is all true..." I don't doubt Nick, I guess I'm just hoping for something tangible to wave in the faces of the opposition if/when they claim it's all just hearsay and ask for evidence.

Actually it sounded like Ron was emailing on behalf of Sabbot and Monica which is really stupid to think that insulated them after the 3 hour harass session
