So, yeah. Now she's counting carbs. She wants to eat 100-150 g per day, which if I'm right is a pretty normal amount of carbs for a normal diet, not a low carb diet. So to make up for the only 58 carbs between the medium-large potato and the onion, she eats an entire kielbasa.
She doesn't want to go too low on carbs because "I'm afraid to go into ketosis for my own personal reasons." Could it be diabetes?
She says it's going to cut out pasta, rice, and bread, so only get carbs from potatoes and veggies. And that it's going to be hard to fit in 150 carbs per day eating this way. Why does this sound to me like an excuse for more cheesy mashed potatoes at the end of the night to get in her allotment of carbs for the day?
She says she will be counting calories too, not just carbs, but doesn't tell us what her daily calorie goal is, so I wonder if she doesn't have one, or it's high enough that she knows she'll get hate for it. But then again, she's filming a mukbang so she's planning for hate regardless.
