Bill and Ted 3 Announced by Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter - Party on, dudes.

I'm mixed. On one hand, it's clearly a passion project for almost everyone involved. But on the other hand, almost every belated comedy sequel has been total dogshit. So put me under "cautiously optimistic".

Also I had no idea that they have Steven Soderbergh as an Executive Producer until I read this.
Soderbergh is diverse as fuck when it comes to his films.

From the Ocean's Trilogy, to Unsane (a film made with an iPhone Camera and a $35 camera app, and a few lens you can get for $50.), to Magic Mike, to that 2 part Che biopic.

Another thing of note

No George Carlin

I think the most recent thing I've seen of his was 'Logan Lucky' and that was quite fun.

Rufus will be missed though.

Too bad George Carlin is gone. Will they have someone else portray Rufus or just not include that character?

Yeah you're right. In that case my favorite part of Bill & Ted is the scene where they climb onto a parade float and then sing along to Twist and Shout.
Come on, now you're just being silly. This is the movie series where they dance in their underwear to Old Time Rock & Roll in their living room.
