Nick really has become my favorite streamer. Between the 40K stream with Jim, and the 24hr stream with everyone cycling in and out? I'm pretty hyped. And usually it's difficult for me to get overly excited about streams.

Sequels usually suck so it makes sense. (sorry I had to)

Since she literally can't pay for a veterinarian, she couldn't fight a lawsuit. But I guess she could still be targeted for one just for the discovery,

I kind of hope so, I mean the other night when Beard and Nick were talking about Toye complaint with the "Scam" complaint in it sounded like it could be Defamation after a certain number of tweets.

thats why you should hit her first. she has no money to spare and nobody would give her money for this. she will take the cheapest lawyer and fold, giving you more than enough information to go after the bigger fish.

As she was one of the initial instigators I'm not sure if she'd have useful info. However I haven't dragged her through discovery or have all the info. That might make her perfect per what you've said.
