My god is this what Twitter outrage is like? This whole cancel shit is childish. I get not wanting to support the con but the best thing you can just do is ignore him. I'm pretty sure he's going to be on his best behavior. Also blocking people who question your judgement doesn't help. Last time the DB fanbase went this crazy is when in the Super dub they made Hit say "Time to make the donuts".

I said I'd wait until I'm up to date but I didn't think we would have most of her twitter feed sprinkled throughout the thread. It's annoying and shitting up the thread.

I mean... you could wait till you have like 10 or so, and then post just the archive links, I suppose. All I really said was run shit through archive in case the bitch goes into DFE mode.

I feel like I'm responsible for this. I apologize profusely if I am. You guys know who and where it this came from (and I'm sure most of you have figured out the why). I dunno what else to say.

EDIT: I think @emspex suggested somebody maintaining a paste-bin. She may have a point. Then only the really juicy/lulzy shit can be posted here.

Correct me if i am wrong but why would TOEI be suing TFS in US ? Its a japanese franchise can't they sue them in Japan because then US's GOVT has no say over the ruling. And TFS will have to defend themselves in the japanese legal system. Like how nick keeps saying AnimeNewsNetwork and other can be sued in canada if they have to instead of US. If BHBH can do it if they want i am pretty sure lawyers of a billion dollar company/franchise can easily do it. SPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO SOMETHING THAT EARNS THE A MAJOR PART OF THEIR REVENUE.
except... no. your just stupid.
TFS operates in the USA. they operate on USA law. unless suddenly japanese has cucked the USA or made them gay, which I've seen literally 0 signs of. USA law is quite clear in that regard. sure, the EU and shit exists, but they're about as effective as picking teeth with a porcupine.

But hey, maybe I'm wrong. Maybe she is a professional shit-stirrer. She's certainly a piece of work either way.

Lauren being a paid operative is the dream scenario for Vic because she routinely says actionable shit. If you can get her into the civil conspiracy you can hold the actual players liable for shit she's said.

It sounded like the reason she became a person of interest is its assumed in CG she got people con appearances canceled but no one could afford the lawyers at the time. This time is different and so its a better safe than sorry approach.

These people don’t care about the other side of the story, paraphrasing Vic. They only care about what they want to believe.

They're going to pay for that dearly.

As they get further into the thicket of illegal activity, and the penalties accrue, their willful blindness will cost them as they continue to get blindsided by reality over and over again.

As Chris Rock said about the law, "you know when someone says I wouldn't do that shit if I was you? Well, this is some of that shit."

Has she ever been this salty? She's fucking losing it.

I know she trolls, attention whores, and baits to get people deplatformed, but if I didn't know any better, I'd swear we're seeing visceral rage here.

Honestly, I didn't even pay much attention to this cunt until my convo with Nick. I don't want to give anybody the impression I'm a Renfamous expert. Certainly other Kiwis know more than I.
I woulf say if you sre archiving dont limit yourself to just the vic stuff. She crosses over into a few threads here. Anything good might not just benefit Vic and BHBH but Richard Meyer.

After looking at the narrative of the KickVic side collapse in real time, I've come to a realization:

This conspiracy is only as strong as it's weakest link, and that weak link is evidence that would survive a courtroom proving Vic is indeed the bad guy.

Thing is, they don't have it, but in the era of #MeToo, the geniuses behind this shitshow figured just making a loud enough stink and leaking enough poison would work fine, Vic would pussy out, they'd win by default.

But he didn't do that. He did what any sane person would: lawyer up.

By the time he did this, it was too late to back out, but since it looked like his getting a lawyer was serious, they tried to screw with his law funding, which the lawyer wisely prevented from going anywhere.

Since that failed, we've seen the credibility of the accusers implode one after another, evidence of legally actionable fuckery that could earn jail time has surfaced, and the biggest players who stood to gain from screwing Vic over have gone silent and lawyered up too.

What's left are the useful idiots and drumbeaters too stupid to realize the hill they are dying on is a futile one, and it's quite likely they are quietly going to get sold out once this sees a courtroom and whales like Ren have no clue they have been made the sacrificial goats.

At this point, throwing people like her to the wolves while begging for mercy in court sounds like the wisest thing the conspirators behind this could do, and any lawyer with half a brain who is representing these jackasses is going to advise that, assuming the conspirators had the sense not to lie to their own lawyers.

Not just that but could also add context to her character.
