Geekdom actually made a statement stating that he hadn't backed out after mildly complaining about all the work he had to do after seeing other people backing out.
I don't know enough about his stance during this entire debacle to say this with any certainty, but I can't tell if he's just getting fed up, or if he's just be so fame-hungry that he doesn't want to give up his guest hosting, even despite the message that remaining sends to the #Kick side dropping out like flies.

I can't even tell anymore if they're legitimately this stupid or if they actually just don't want to admit it no matter what. I'm seriously leaning towards the latter. It HAS to be willfull ignorance and riding the wave to absolutely refuse to believe the credibility of TWO lawyers, one of which has his own well staffed firm, and an entire fanbase full of adults.
I'm starting to become convinced they're just denying reality on purpose in hopes it just goes away.

These dumb fujoshis never think to ask themselves "Why did Kameha Con bring back Vic"? They never watched Nick's streams and realized that Ty, Vic's lawyer, knows that Vic's contract is and looks like and he appears in Nick's streams as well.

That's not true. If that was in any way true, that would only occur for things that aren't contracts.
It's very difficult to get out of a legal contract. You need a very good reason why the contract should be broken. "Worrying about your safety" is not one, especially since security is there for that reason.

I like how this person talks about how Nick is spreading around false facts and then turns around and says that he went straight into Youtube and content creation after he graduated four years ago. If you are going to go and attack him and lookup any dirt you can on him the least you could do is look at his Youtube channel and see that he only started making content a year ago.
I don't consider his shitposts on The Dick Show Facebook group prior to his videos to be "content creation".

Sabat breaking his contract would cause additional damages, but it wouldn't really "prove" anything that Kameha couldn't already prove just by tweeting out some screenshots of the messages that he's sent them. That's the part that's really puzzling. They've already shown that they support Vic by announcing that he's coming. They're probably going to hand Vic the evidence of TI. Even if they weren't going to voluntarily cooperate, Vic's lawyers could subpoena those messages.
I think that these KickVic guests just truly believe that they can't be sued for breaking their contracts with Kameha Con.

That's right, princess, a contract can be terminated with mutual consent. But what if both parties don't agree? What if one of the parties decides to break the contract without the other party's consent? Hmm?
