There's no way Amber and Becky have sex. Amber takes a kiss on the cheek from Becky like she's her grandpa (lol) I think when they first met they might have done some clit stuff, but that's it. It's quite simple really. Nothing, absolutely nothing sexually would happen. They are both too fat for either of their genitals to have seen the light of day in years and there's a very high chance neither of them have working junk even if they could be reached. Plus the exertion would be suicide for their overworked hearts.

Now the poor local buffet on the other hand wouldn't stand a chance.

Normally I would say yes. Assuming I had the equipment. A million dollars is a lot of money and it would make a hell of an anecdote. However......she is not infertility level obese, unlike her lover.
