Rape victim is punished BECAUSE SHE REPORTED THE RAPE... if she hadn't reported it, she wouldn't have been punished for anything. Makes you wonder why more victims don't come forward... except you're so intelligent you've already realised it's destroyed your argument using the low REPORTED rape rates in SA.

It very plainly states it is not specifically criminalised... NOT A CRIME! You get that? Rape, even using your very lose and not accepted by the fucking majority at all, is not criminalised in SA.
