The contract Nick got a hold off looks to be the same as the one from ANN. ANN cited theirs to be from Kamehacon.
TLDR the VAs who are ditching Kamehacon are breaching contract, doubly so if they set up another autograph session off Kamehacon grounds. There is no "exit clause," and the allowances for a VA to be released from the contract do not count "Vic was invited."

As @Captain Manning mentioned Renfamous might be saying/tweeting actionable things, and it would be mighty fortunate if those tweets were preserved.

News at 11: Rekieta isn't a Trump supporter. He does like how Trump trolls the right people, though. He also voted for himself

  • Boomer Nick was later than his usual late.
  • Introduces his buddy Castro.
  • Gets a bit ahead of himself then finally starts tackling the "boilerplate" contract for VAs at cons.
  • Most of it is uninteresting as is Castro's commentary. Castro does a funny impression of TUG to bank some quick motes.
  • Nick finally gets to the fourth section of the contract. Clearly says the VAs who are cancelling and setting up alternate venue are fucked.
  • Nick is still not drinking enough.
  • Nick finally gets to the closing part of the contract and ANNs coverage of it.
  • Nick commits Exterminatus on ANN's article regarding VAs dropping. (Really have to watch it to truly appreciate it.)
    Nick also ruins his digital tea bagging by having the predictable boomer moment and not showing his face during the meltdown.
  • At some point during all of the above Nick brings up the gayops "Lord Vic" and how to pronounce WideHefty (while mentioning her brothers incarceration for CP).
  • Nick is still not drinking enough but Castro scores some critical points mentioning how all the kickvic hags look like purple haired lunch ladies.
  • Apparently Nick sent Ty Beard the Fist of the Beard Star vid at some point previous to the stream.
  • Also at some point in all that Nick sincerely answers the question "What would your advice be to the kickvic people in legal trouble if you were representing them?"
    Nick says "Settle. Immediately!"
  • Also during some point in all that a little bit of Avenatti and Trump comes up. Also reinforces archiving REEEEnfamous.


    Probably missed a lot there but that's a decent rundown.

    EDIT: Urbanmech adds an important bit "He went into a long tirade about settling and how the person that settles first gets the best deal. And how Iago is probably smart enough to be the one to head to the settlement table and screw everyone else." which is literally a couple posts down. If you like this but not his addition you are pregay.

Kara Edwards made a statement about Kamehacon. She didn't say rather or not she was cancelling though.

are they trying to use "safety" as a bullshit excuse now and validate it by publicity and cliqueing on twitter lol
i expect lots of retractions or lots of people are going down with the gang, and for nothing when they could pull out by going. and flipping(lol) if they were threatened or pressured into not going.

Masking Ty's head was a pain because the background was brown, his hair was brown, his headphones were brown-ish… I guess it turned out all right, though.

I can't believe anyone even arguing about the likelihood of this. This is the most cliched guilty person excuse ever. He built an old hard drive into a new computer and somehow, didn't need to reinstall the OS so it was still sharing CP from the previous user?

I'm going to call a giant pile of bullshit on that.

And it wouldn't have got him raided if it was just sitting there on the drive. He was sharing it p2p, without a proxy of any kind, like an utter fucking moron, probably because he is one.

It's as believable as the excuse every druggie caught with drugs claims that it was someone else's and somehow accidentally ended up their butthole.

They're using "safety" because it's a SJW Powerword. They can use it and then if they're called out they claim that they're poor widdle innocent wammyns that the evil evil con patriarchs are HARASSING by making them actually be responsible for their actions -- so maybe they'll be allowed to get away with it because the PR hit would be too painful (especially since these types will throw an unholy tantrum on social media over it).

Because remember, Social Justice teaches that females are functional fucking exceptionals who must always be treated as if they are brain damaged children, and if you disagree with this, you're sexist.
