How can you really be so sure in that? It's very easy to convince yourself to believe in these sorts of things as it's the most convenient. If you want to get out of this hole you need to learn to suppress your defense mechanisms and think rationally. Currently you seem to be subject to your own inability to confront your problems in a healthy manner, whereas a therapist could give you the agency you need to control your very self.

Holden wandered the snowy streets of Boston Massachusetts. He had saved up enough money to move out of Croatia, and through some clever fraud had gotten on the American Governments autismbux. As he reached the mouth of the alley, he heard a deep, raspy voice on the wind.

Holden decided to show this moron his superior intellect. "Hey, you fucking exceptional individual rape ape, why don't you go fuck your cunt girlfriend?". Tyce glared angrily at Holden. "Yo, Fuk u feggot, ur ar sum Russin nigger fag!". Holden sneered, and turned away. A sharp pain smashed into his side; Tyce had smacked him with a baseball bat. Holden fell to the ground in pain, and blubbered weakly before crashing into slumber.

Holden awoke in a small, metallic room. A van. The walls were covered in crude drawings of swastikas and skeletons. Holden attempted to moan, and became aware of a hard plastic mask covering his mouth. It seemed to be some form if Halloween mask. As Holden's senses returned, he became aware of two things. One, he was tied up on a table, and two, his pants were down. As Holden struggled to grasp the implications of this, he heard the sound of a door a car door opening behind him. Tyce entered the van, and stumbled into Holden's range of view. Tyce was dressed in a black trenchcoat over what looked like a skeleton dominatrix suit.
Tyce turned to face Holden, revealing the plastic skeleton mask on his face.
"Yo, feggot, ur a bitch mothrfukr, I'm gonna prank u!"
Tyce picked up a short Asian sword and drunkenly stumbled behind Holden. A moment passed before Holden felt the sudden and horrific pain of a sword up the ass. #TYCED "Taaaahhh, u got own doode! Jenk time!" Tyce grunted, and he opened a soda bottle full of brown liquid and huffed the fumes. Now tripping balls from his military grade Jenkim, he poured out the cold liquid shit to use as a lubricant and began humping the Croatian Incel. "Whoohoo, weed analchy!" Tyce roared, as Holden attempted to scream in pain. Holden's intestines were quickly reduced to a bloody, jenkimmy pulp. Finally, Tyce gave a roar, and Holden's prolapsed anus was doused in warm fluid. Tyce pulled away, slammed into a wall, gave a groan like a dying manatee, and fell to the ground in a drug induced sleep.

Thank god the rest of the forums... no, the rest of the world are sharing my delusion. I'm quite happy with it, if that's the case. I'd rather live in a fantasy world where rape is a horrible crime, people get sentenced to prison for maiming women, and where you are far, far away from a computer and anyone you could harm.

From an outside (i.e. objective) perspective, you are irrational. The human mind has several defense mechanisms that it uses to supress it's own agency. You seem to be a victim of your own mind putting you into denial. It will take a willingness to learn for you to have any epiphany.

Are we talking the one who backed out from sex because you didn't want to wrap it up, so you put embarrassing pictures of her online with various personal details until she said she'd fuck you if you took them down?

Leaving out details like that indicates that you know full well that such coercion was wrong... and it couldn't be wrong, unless coerced sex is rape...
