Monica next step = breakdown

Also is it true that actors can't do voice lines or things at cons anymore? Or for fans in general? I saw a Nintendo panel where Bowser, Peach, and Mario's actors spoke but they didn't do the characters voices. There was another where a guy was video interviewing Patricia Sommerset, voice of Zelda in BotW and she didn't do a Zelda voice line but in the comments someone mentioned NDA's? So you really can't do voices for fans anymore?
I think it depends on who and where. For example, the entire cast of overwatch is allowed to do voice lines. Matt Mercer even did a impromptu DnD DMing as McCree.

Interestingly, this Phoenix Entertainment Media Group has either failed to pay godaddy for their website, or has decided to go dark as well.

BTW, I didn't see this when you first posted it, but PEMG apparently doesn't run A-Kon anymore. Though they ran it when Shane was staff. They founded the con in 1990, but A-Kon is now apparently a separate LLC as of this year. This came out when Nick pinged A-Kon over Shane's bullshit. PEMG might actually be defunct, or is planning to be.

Could be contract-related (Nancy Cartwright can't do Bart's voice outside of the studio, for example) for some folks. I know Mike Pollock will not say "SnooPING AS usual, I see" as Eggman because one: he wasn't the one who said it as well as it being the wrong character, and two: he learned of its memetic roots and wasn't thrilled with the idea he was being "tricked" into saying "penis"--probably also got called in about it, I'm trying to remember which event came first.

So I think it depends on the cast (and if their contracts will allow it) and the request. For another example, as far as I know, Chris Sabat has not gotten in trouble for doing TFS quotes in his characters' voices despite him not being the one to originally say the lines, and Toei's hateboner for TFS.

I hate to bring this back up since it's ultimately just a guessing game, but I'm just trying to get things straight for myself...
Didn't Beard say that Igor was fucking with "his other client"? And now it comes out that Rial is getting Todd kicked from panels?
I can't remember what the other Igor qualifiers were beyond being a vocal toady, but I'm wondering if Rial might be Igor? She's certainly been vocal. If Sabat truly was the mastermind, and Rial really was just his lackey, that might make sense.

Is there anything I'm overlooking here?

The only thing I'd say about that is that both Iago and Igor have been gendered with "he"/"his". This might be a fake-out by the Beard, of course.

Or he could be shifting the pronouns based on the fact that "Igor" is a male name/character. I'm not sure. It's either huge and completely disproves my theory, or it's irrelevant and is totally meaningless. But I found that overlap pretty stunning (that Rial was doing exactly what Beard accused Igor of doing).

I really do wonder if we started thinking too hard about all of this. Originally all of our focus was on Rial and we thought Sabat was pulling the strings in the background. Then Beard comes out and says that there are two individuals: One pulling the strings in the background, and another who is a vocal lackey. But instead of refocusing on what's right in front of us (who he might not have named outright because of legal reasons) we started looking for other more fitting people.

It's all a bit confusing, which is why I didn't really want to bring it back up. But I hadn't seen anyone mention that fact about her attacking Todd, so it felt relevant.

"Consistently". So every time he goofily went for a handy her trust was broken? Implying being taken advantage of? Children get fooled by "magic tricks" (don't insert a joke about her brother please) but grown women? Guess in her deluded mind she can turn that trick into victimhood a decade later.

AML responded to the release of the Pen-Pen video. Addressed here.
Honest question: Why "AML" and not "AWL"?

If you tell me you have a condition that flips some letters upside down I'll just go to bed right now.

I still think Ty did that on purpose. Partly to throw KF a bone because he wants this news to stay hot, but also because of the speculation. People are going through various suspected Iagos and Igors with a fine toothed comb, and and even if the stuff that gets turned up has nothing to do with Iago or Igor proper, it'll probably be info Ty and ALOD would love to see.
