Yes. If you somehow find child pornography on a system you control, delete it, use a "wiping" tool that will overwrite the data with random ones and zeroes, and tell nobody. Certainly don't keep it as "evidence."

When we talked about this earlier in the thread, some people suggested physically destroying the media, but I personally doubt you need to be that extreme.
