Why does Shane look like the typical chef that appears in Kitchen Nightmares? The kind of guy that looks really serious and explain how passionate he is about cuisine and he as a couple decades of experience, shakes Gordon's hand. Then some old lady comes in and ask for a sandwich. After the commercial break, Chief Ramsay erupts in the kitchen to yell "what the hell is going on here? The client have been waiting for a hour, WHERE IS HER SANDWICH?!" and before Shane can even answer, Ramsay notices a shoe on a cutting board. He proceed to verbally chew Shane until he resembles his own fucking chair and then leave the restaurant to vent to a cameraman.

Did anyone ever touch upon how a couple weeks before this all started, an obvious fake/troll account was badmouthing Dragonball in the name of feminism and Monica Rial heroically stepped forward to destroy her argument and defend Dragonball from an 'evil feminist' who was spouting "destroy all men" and stuff? I'm thinking this was a calculated move to puff up Monica as being one of the "good feminists" or "fighter for truth" so once the Vic stuff came down she'd have more credibility and would have more people side with her. The troll feminust account was made in Janurary and the exchange went down on Janurary 10th. By Janurary 27th even the fake feminist account was shouting KickVic and has made a few tweets every month since then.

You can try and use a mega sized bottle of Febreeze. Make sure the is are dotted, ts crossed on the states side and that they haven't been coloring outside the lines. Also make sure that the charges are the correct ones. Sometimes the best defense is to go the plea deal route and try to mitigate time served/etc. When all else fails blame the Mountain Dew and Twinkies.

Nick's contract is actually very similar to contracts we draw up in wrestling. Mind you, this wouldn't apply to the scrubs who get paid in hotdogs, but to guys we fly in, they get a contract. Also included in those contracts are transportation and accommodation if needed. For a guy we brought in, his downside (guaranteed pay) was $300, flight from his last show, and hotel for four days. The next promotion would fly him in from where we performed. He didn't set up a merch table, so his pay for the night was only $300.

Non-compete clauses are very rigid. I know WWE is very strict in that you couldn't step inside the ring AT ALL on a televised show within 90 days. Brock Lesnar got tagged with a pretty stiff fine because he broke this after his first WWE run. This is also why you see new signees sitting at ringside instead of just jumping in to wrestle.

Some promotions Ive worked had a fee for setting up a merch table because it's the venue that requires it, but that's about it. The contract Nick read was pretty much boilerplate.
