My favorite part about this whole thing has been that this has been over the USA dub of Dragonball. Probably the group that has more people voicing the same character than any other language and show ever. Not only are these people demonstrably replaceable, aren't they all literally replacements for previous USA cast themselves?

Reason I am asking is because when KF does it its like the end of the world type Doxxing but when Kickvicers do it its all "Public information since its Public its not doxing blah blah blah"

All I do is google shit. People like to play dumb and act like doxing means hacking or something else illegal when it suits their agenda. They also like to use the terms "personal" and "private" interchangeably, even though they don't actually mean the same thing. All private information is personal, but not all personal information is private.

Is this true, has Sonny Strait joined Vic's side, or atleast gone full neutral? He always seemed like an all right guy, so i was a little sad how he went with KickVick's side at first, even knowing his history of...well, you could call it friendship, with Vic. Even then, he wasn't as bad as the rest of VAs. And one day, he went completly silent on the Vic situation.

So if this is true, i am glad, tbh. But with everything that has been going on, i can't trust him at all.

Just went digging through his twitter and all I'm seeing is he liked a couple of posts from people saying he shouldn't have to pick a side. I remember in the earlier days of this(so February), someone had screencaps of a DM with him where he spoke relatively neutral, but basically told people to 'back off' of Monica because what Vic has done is "worse than anything you've heard". Paraphrasing obviously...
Mind you, it was a screencap and could be fake. However, that 'worse than anything you can imagine/have heard' kind of talk always pisses me off. I believe Nick mentioned it somewhere about some of the early rumors, letting 'imagination' run wild in the minds of those listening is a terrible tactic to paint someone far worse than they actually are.

In the days after that screencap came out, he got a lot quieter and essentially got 'off' the topic. If I can find it, again, I'll post it here.

I noticed an interesting shift in his posts. Early on, he said Vic was just a work friend and that's why he's standing by Monica, because she's a true friend who he spends time with. Later, in a post about the Kip Mangina video, he changes and seems to imply they were really good friends...if only to deflect and say it was made in good gest between good buds, posting pics of them with Cigars and hanging out. Seems like his definition of their friendship changes when it suits his narrative(distant when defending monica, close when defending himself).

Its a manipulative way to scare people into not defending Vic by pretending they have some horrific allegation or proof without having to actually provide any evidence at all

Yeah, I just started. I've been stalking this thread for weeks now and decided to pop in cause Sonny's "It's much worse" schtick pissed me off and I wanted to bring it back up before he got labeled as a 'neutral' party when the dust settles. I'll try to bring the 'bacon' before I post going forward.

I've been hanging around this thread ever since mid February. This subject hits close to home for me, as I actually was going to go out and do voice acting with Funimation at one point. I had done some workshops and was encouraged to take it farther, but chickened out...living the 'incel' life for a few years before manning up and going to college. I had originally been so obsessed with becoming a VA, and probably still could. Vic Mignogna was one of the guys that made the scene seem friendly and inviting, cause he was just genuinely a nice guy. When most VA's are at conventions, they seem 'content' if not bored a bit, then psych up a bit for the panels and go back to being bored. Vic seemed like he loved almost every second of being with fans.

If we're going to have a database like that, I say we need categories.

#KickVic mains-people in the center stage of all this like Monica and Marchi, as well as their most prominent white knights like Schemmel and Strait were before going quiet.

#KickVic soys- Josh Martin, Chris Rager, Daman, etc. come to mind, bottom feeders kissing Monica's ass who mostly spend their time screaming at randos aside all of the main stuff going on with Monica and the #standwithVic youtubers/Rekieta.

#StealthKicks-likes and retweets

FenceSitters- no comment but peripherally involved like those invited to Kamehacon after Rial left; this would mostly be to monitor and be ready to place on one side or the other. Edit- not sure if it would fit here, but anybody who posted "#BeThere', but nothing else?

And then, we can have some classifications for the few that have dared to come out as either #StandwithVic or "let's go with due process" like Reuben.

I dunno man. I mean if you want to do something like this, go for it and I am sure many would appreciate it. Frankly I think people here just wanna dox anyone supporting kickvic for shits and giggles. Just reminds me of a government list though, especially your thing on fencesitters....you know putting people on a list based on opinions. Frankly if people wanna be neutral, I say just leave em out of it. Kickvic fuckers may read this thread and harass those on the fencesitting side potentially. At least those that standwithvic know what they are getting themselves into.

I am not trying to shit on the idea, and by all means go for it....but it does come off a bit.....well just the fencesitting part bugs me a bit.
