I personally saw this with Caitlin Glass. I went to a Q&A session with her and prior to its starting time, she was on her phone and texting as people were coming into the room. I don't remember if she even greeted the con-goers as they entered the room.
Like you said, Vic was the exact opposite.

Probably right. Best to just keep a 'headcanon' of those for non-use purposes. I didn't even know how to feel about it as I typed it, which is why I did an edit of that part in particular like 5 times before posting.

I'll probably ask him approximately how long Ty's going to appear for, sleep early, wake up for the Beard, then go back to sleep before work.

Although I'll laugh hysterically if there's no Vic stuff, and all we get is Nick and Ty playing Fistful of TOWs.

Unless youtube has changed things, the stream will have to be 3 8 hour segments, so the chances of the beard segment being fucked are very low. Even if he's on for 2 hours it will be fully in the first 8 hours. Err, never math in public. If he's on for 2 hours it will be split between the first 2 streams.
 
The real reason KickVic can't trust Nick is because he's clearly lying everyday. False claims about boomer technical issues! grrr!!!! Claiming streams starting at 11PM when they clearly run 1-5min late everytime!!! LITERALLY SHAKING

On a real note, was hoping that shane would actually stream with Emosh; I was ready to die laughing if he suddenly had a new chair, no shoes being prepped for dinner, and no toddle play stove off to the side of his desk.

I noticed an interesting shift in his posts. Early on, he said Vic was just a work friend and that's why he's standing by Monica, because she's a true friend who he spends time with. Later, in a post about the Kip Mangina video, he changes and seems to imply they were really good friends...if only to deflect and say it was made in good gest between good buds, posting pics of them with Cigars and hanging out. Seems like his definition of their friendship changes when it suits his narrative(distant when defending monica, close when defending himself).

By definition, if you are using a P2P service, you are "sharing it." If he was getting it via torrent as mentioned previously, any uploads by you -- which unless you're using a leech torrent client will happen automatically -- will be "sharing." That's just a combination of the law not being quite caught up (or perhaps ahead of) the technology / the journalist sensationalizing it.
