Some states have laws that were never updated for [CURRENT YEAR] in which a clear-cut case of defense of oneself or another still needs to be tried. However, even with prosecutorial discretion many "victims" in situations like this push for charges, which leads to instances like this where they have to go through it. At the very least they have to provide it to a grand jury and they have to provide only the evidence that would be used to convict, leaving out exculpatory evidence. It's a shortcoming, even I'll admit that.

There was a case a few years ago where a Texas man walked in on a farmhand raping his daughter. He got his daughter out of there then went back and beat the man so bad he died. The guy called 911 to report it and he didn't mean to kill the guy. They decided not to charge him because it was defense of another, and they knew no jury would convict.

You'd have to program it to recognize onomatopoeia in multiple languages to be able to translate them and add context to the scene.

Sure, you can always just have it for the text element alone, but the real entertainment element comes across with customized sub images -- that would require more than just machine editing.

Prosecutorial discretion is a good thing, and "he needed killin'" is a perfectly valid moral argument although it doesn't always win in court.

I think he wanted to have something interesting to do today. Trying to schedule 24 hours worth of content is probably tough to manage, especially since you don't want to put all the good stuff in one big block and have everyone bail on the stream once it gets boring. But he's gonna have like 5 hours a superchats anyhow lol

He actually got caught up on the superchats before they broke out the BattleToads, so it shouldn't be too bad.

Everyone will be too thralled watching this boomer-ass display, watching in amazement as they basically destroy what took me 2 years and 4 months to do for a single segment off memory alone to even make superchats, purely out of respect.

There must be a way of feeding superchat yen for attention without having to bore the shit out of everyone just reading all of them. At least some of Nick's are funny and not like Jim's mindless cocksuckers.

No Vic stuff. The only Vic stuff in the whole stream is when Nick pointed out the chance in the Sabat Kameha Con thing, which someone posted about a few posts ago.
