"Tactical" has been a pretty funny label for a few years now at least, kinda like "all-natural ingredients" -- it conveys no real meaning, and can be slapped on anything to appeal to a certain crowd.

This is a tiny nitpick but bio sex would be relevant no matter what in a medical setting because it would affect everything from potential diagnoses (as you mentioned) to the type and dosage sizes of medication, to blood transfusions--bio men in critical condition, for example, can literally die if they receive the blood of a woman who is or has recently been pregnant.
