So, he just said that a "great time" for the lawsuits to start being filed was the Monday after Kameha Con.

Not to defend Rial, but she is doing this to save her own ass. She's signing a free personal item with the Kamehacon ticket, anyone else will have to pay the standard fee. She's not competing directly against Kamehacon, because she's working with Kamehacon to provide what she possibly agreed to in contract (sign shit for Kamehacon attendees).
As was mentioned earlier, I'm sure she will have her own merch table set up as well to take in maximum profit.

Makes no sense though, they've already been shown to be easily replaced. "I'm going to tell other people not to come to your convention where they can make lots of money! Take that!".
The cons don't need these 2 bit voice actors, the voice actors need the con circuit to make money. All Kameha con needs to do is come clean about their bullying and shady practices and I bet some cons wont want to touch those VAs with a 10 foot pole because of how hard they are to work with or how scummy they are. They already had shit last year with Schemmel being a diva and so far he's not been invited back for this years con.

It's not that complicated. Kamehacon doesn't have the clout to enforce their contracts.
They are a specialty con in the second year of their existence. If they sued these Dragon Ball voice actors, that would be a PR disaster for Kamehacon 2020 and beyond. Who from Funimation would appear at their event if they were in litigation with Monica Rial?

Yeah and if i were him, i'd grow a spine, take all the leverage i had in my current situation which is Monica not only having to pay for two lawsuits worth of money but defend against her action T.I with a contract etc. Win that fucking lawsuit or get a settlement, take that money and tell a FUCK YOU to hosting cons.

The tweet promoting her side event makes the con runners look like the biggest bunch of doormats ever. These guys are absolutely terrible negotiators and it's not surprising they aren't planning to do any more of them. I can understand not wanting to deal with a lawsuit to reign in these uppity voice actors, but the least you could is not fellate them as they leave you high and dry.

They've already got a fuck load of non Funimation VAs on the roster, shit they don't even have the current Goku on the guest list but no one seems to give a fuck.
This was their chance to go "look what gross shit these people try and pull behind the scenes, then they lie about safety concerns when they don't get their way". Instead they showed their belly and let Monica and a bunch of nobodies walk all over them...and then gave them their endorsement.
