If you could live anywhere and however you want what would that be?

My dream living situation would be in a highrise Tokyo apartment in a world without man-eat-man and jewry, so no one would be struggling to survive and there wouldn't be warfare or overpopulation to worry about.
But that's just the dream, I can't even afford to live in my hometown anymore let alone Tokyo.
Realistically I plan on eventually getting an RV with my mom and moving to the countryside where I'll grow weed and spend the rest of my days amongst nature.
So my ideal living situation that is actually doable and realistic is moving to the woods or countryside and buying some land, then stationing an RV.
My ojiji and obaba instilled in me an appreciation and love for RVs and camping, they used to take me quite often when I was a shota and those were some of the happiest times of my life.
There is nothing like sitting next to a campfire with friends or family, then going for a walk in the woods.
I'm probably going to completely drop out of modern civilization at some point and become a full-on recluse ... but who knows the most likely scenario is that I'll just live the rest of my life in VR.

Your avatar says everything.
The internet is an empty void that will never fully satisfy you, go outside.
Are you okay? Just earlier you were telling strangers that you've accepted your fate as a voluntary shut-in.
I have already accepted the fact that I'm going to be a hikikomori forever, I'm not bothered by that.
I just don't want whatever mental issue I have going on to get any worse, and hopefully someday I'd like to cure it.

As for the army letter, I'm not really sure how I got it or why I thought it would be a good idea to apply (I was drinking at the time).
It is completely possible that it was a trick and they got me to sign myself up for some sort of MKULTRA type program, which could explain the cyberstalkers and auditory hallucinations.

Regular/poorfag:
  • Small studio apartment on the upper floors of a high rise in a large city (Chicago, New York, etc.)
  • Floor to ceiling windows so I can stare down at the city
Richfag:
  • Buy this five acre lot down the road from where my grandparents have their summer cottage
  • Right on the shores of Lake Michigan, walking distance from one of the top five golf courses in the country
  • Build a modestly sized one bedroom, mid century-mod inspired house with windows everywhere
  • At least 50% of the house is dedicated to literally the best home theater/battlestation/vidya command center money can buy
  • Massive garage filled with my dream cars
  • Cut off all contact with everyone, hunker down in my palace playing vidya and shitposting for the rest of my days, only leaving to drive my cars and play golf
I daydream about the latter scenario at least 50% of my day.

  • Rural, but no more than 30 minutes from a walmart, or equivalent store.
  • Shallow water table, and running water within half a mile. No large bodies of water though. It has to rain at least twice a month, but no more than 10 days.
  • No mosquitoes, no-see-ums, fire ants, or other insects that dictate the way you live.
  • Hilly or mountainous, with good tree cover, but low fire danger.
  • Electricity, internet, and indoor plumbing.
  • No neighbors within half a mile, at least.
  • Paved roads for at least 75% of the approach, and low-traffic gravel for the rest. No unimproved roads.
  • Harsh enough winters to keep the fucking retirees at bay, but not so bad that they control my life.
  • Mouse proof house. No trailers or pre-fab bullshit. No adobe, or houses made out of literal trash.
  • Something other than wood heating.

@ForgedBlades had a pretty good format, so I'll gank it ...

Honestly, I'm pretty happy with my setup right now. I'd like a larger apartment (and while I'm dreaming, built-in bookshelves and a maid would be awesome) but in a realistic world, I don't need much space and I could give a shit about expensive furniture or what have you. Love to move back to Chicago, but it's a shithole and too expensive to boot.

(And we're talking incredibly richfag, not just "one million dollars in total worth and investments" ...)
  1. Give the entire world the middle finger on Twitter.
  2. Move back to Chicago.
  3. Buy oldest mansion in the heart of the Loop or on the lake shore, preferably one where some ruined banker shot himself after the Panic of 1893. (1929 is too modern.)
  4. Fix it up really nicely. Not entirely period-specific, because I'm allergic to chintz, but classy and historical. Maybe do each room in a different time period.
  5. Install a beautiful contemplation garden full of wildflowers ...
  6. ... With a 20-foot electric fence and guard dogs around the whole property. The first six dogs will be named after the main characters of Metalocalypse.
  7. Fill the mansion with trap doors, revolving bookcases, hidden entrances and exits, and maybe some of those paintings with cut-out eyes if I'm feeling old-school. At least one genuine Egyptian mummy
  8. Every October, kit the place out as a hardcore, awesome haunted house and throw the best Halloween party in the history of the universe.
  9. ?????
  10. PROFIT!

I want two things in the long run - a small cabin atop a wooded hill or in a forest, and a late 80's VW camper van.
I fantasize about living in a a converted stone chapel from the 19th century, but who doesn't?

A tiny studio apartment in NYC is something only well-off people can afford.
Besides Tokyo, one of the living situations I have dreamed of for most of my life has been living in a brownstone in New York City.
I'm a city person, I like lots of stimulation and the atmosphere is very pleasing to me.
I grew up in a small city in Indiana, which isn't a bad place to grow up but I hated it and always wanted something more exciting and grand like a metropolis.

That dream you have sounds nice, hopefully you can live it out one day.
My okaasan and I are talking about moving to Michigan and buying some land where we can grow weed.
I'd love to get a paddle boat and chill out at the great lakes when the weather is nice.

You should read the mother horse eyes series.
It'll really strike a chord with you.

I'd stay in a similar geographical region to where I am, but with more trees and less white trash and tumbleweave in the gutters. Enough land to hunt on, try my hand at that whole permaculture farm thing, some goats and chickens and maybe a hutch of rabbits for fur and meat. Grow pot outside and shrooms inside, build a nice little sexytime dungeon and a decent home theater with a BFGD.

Maybe even a small machine shop out back for practical and hobby purposes, but I don't know if I could run 480 from solar panels.

I'm a simple woman. I just want to shoot critters, get high on my own supply, and eat fresh food while I play vidya.
