Man, handshakes and hugs. While I don't see them as offensive we really should not just do it in a convention. There are tons of people and you might get sick. Remember PAX pox? That's why they made the iron guard. Just do it and it's the same as a hug or a handshake.

Nick is saying that while BHBH are preparing for a public figure case (which is wise and prudent), they have solid arguments that Vic is not a public figure for the purpose of the defamation in this case. (I agree with this although am not certain whether the arguments will prevail completely or at all.)

Also he's about to go into the public figure and specifically limited public figure issues in a bit if you aren't already listening.

If they follow what they have been doing, the first season of Super when it returns will be retelling and expanding on the Brolly movie. That means that the Funi team will need to work with Vic for... 13~ episodes, give or take.

Only one of the timelines though. IIRC the novel or manga has him hook up with the better Waifu.

The only time I've seen Vic show his face in something is a WoW commercial. I can definitively buy the "not a public figure" argument.
