I think I figured out their game, it's common sense for lawyers to wait until damages are maximized to file their claims, because you can't sue someone twice for the same crime (something along those lines.)
Kickvic is trying to maximize the damage so much that BHBH is going to want to wait for eternity, thus the lawsuit never comes!!

Nick didn't change shit. He ADDED TI of contracts after the Kameha Con thing was revealed. Shane is gonna feel stupid when the suit has TI of prospects in it.

It's called NPC programming. The technical term is ideological possession and it's a term first popularized by Jordan Peterson in explaining non sensical yet uniform group action using Jungian psychology.

Basically people who become "ideologically possessed" lose their independent internal monologue in favor of a group doctrine that is reinforced through contact and interaction with other similarly possessed individuals. They start making the same arguments, doing the same chants, getting upset at the same things. Take any social justice protest. If they don't start chanting "no justice, no peace" in it I would be shocked. Or how anyone challenging them can be both homophobic and racist even if the argument in question was either about gays or about minorities. It is rare for a given situation to involve gay minorities, but the ideology demands acknowledgement of both so they both get dragged in.

When you encounter someone who is ideologically possessed, you are not arguing with a person anymore, you are arguing with the doctrines controlling and dictating their mind. This results in people who while different individuals inexplicably spout the exact same talking points and react the exact same way to counter arguments.

Tl;dr they are not sock puppets, they are NPCs following a common programming script.

Not exactly, but you are on the right track. Courts expect the Plaintiff to present their full case. You will get slapped for attempting to bring multiple separate actions against the same parties, spread over time. Put up or shut up, and try and bring as complete a case as you can at the start because the judge will have limited patience for amending the case without newly revealed information. The Judge expects you to have completed your work before filing.

Like I said Kamehacon seems a natural delineating point. It is likely the clearest, best documented and most obvious example of TI regarding the cons that BHBH has. They will wait until everybody's contract terms have been fulfilled and the con is over, then file. Right now what they are waiting for is for Rial to actually not show up, and to see what Sabat will do. If Sabat shows as expected and does his tours etc they will file Monday. If Sabat does anything unexpected it may take an extra day or two.
