Dear god, he just doesn’t stop. No Ron there will not be countless sworn testimony by oh so many women. Because you can’t name then. You can’t describe when or where. There would seem to be no records. Certainly no reports to police or law enforcement. When this goes to trial it will not be Vic on trial, it will be you. It’s not a case of “if even one of these claims is true or believed Vic loses” it’s “if even one of your defamatory statements is a lie, your fucked. “ and you have hundreds of defamatory statements at this point.

So far the only women who have publicly come forward are the ones that have accused you of lying! Of improperly using their innocent images in order to frame and defame someone. There is a very clear and compelling pattern of your friends and associates seeking to blacklist a fellow actor for the crime of being a Christian. And there is far more evidence for that narrative then there is for the one you are pimping. Falsely Accusing a man of being a serial rapist, in order to discriminate against him for his Christian (“homophobic”) faith. Engineering his discrimination and blacklisting from employment, is not something you want going before the legal system in Texas. You will lose. You will lose hard.

why though? this is me being uninformed but last I checked, they didn't need to share evidence until discovery, which isn't happening yet and its not normal to do that outside of discovery....

I don’t know that he did, but I’m assuming that Ty would tell Toye’s Lawyer as soon as he got it. That’s not the sort of discovery that you sit on. You let the opposing council know what their fucking retarded client has been doing in the way of outside direct contact, harassment and bar complaints against the Plaintiff’s attorney’s. Some things are just meant to be shared. Both Attorneys would seem to be proper professionals. You would let the other lawyer know about this. If just to communicate the unsaid but fully understood message of “Get your fucking clown under control please”.

It's simple courtesy in this case. So long as it isn't the lawyer who has been acting like a complete shit for brains moron, you should let him know what kind of shit show he's looking at and how big an idiot he has for a client, so he knows how big a retainer to get up front.

Assuming the lawyer didn't just say fuck this and refuse to have anything further to do with it already.

They'd want to share all they have before discovery before they have been (and still are) tying to have the trial on Twitter. The fact they haven't shared anything, despite that fact, means they have jack shit.

Also, it's a pathetic bluff that nobody is buying. They don't have some grand master plan. Their master plan fell apart the second Vic started fighting back through Ty.

Again, for the millionth time, they do NOT have a page in their playbook for this. This wasn't supposed to happen like this.
