Marjan is yet another example of a classic schizophrenic, he has a delusion over the working of the world - that relationships do not happen, that all women want to be raped, etc - and every time anyone presents him evidence he is simply dismissing that evidence for some reason - may be the person is crazy/a liar/whatever.

Since he's such a mentally broken person, there really isn't anything that can be done to make him abandon his delusion - there never is with schizos - and while pointing and laughing is fun, nothing will ever be achieved by trying to reason with him, because there is no way to reason with a delusional person.

He might as well be screaming on the street corner about how the government is conspiring to turn him into a gay muslim, and that anyone that disagrees with him is an agent of said government or some organisation afiiliated with them, it's all the same, we are his 'government agents'.
