So he's back on the "I'm not a pervert" train again. Not only is he absolutely a pervert, he's admitted to being one many times. And why does he have to replace his SIM card? Maybe I'm dumb, but what router or modem needs a SIM card?

I'm pretty sure he has a 3G/4G connection as his primary internet source, given he had 3 and I think Vodafone or something bookmarked, and the router/modem either has a SIM card slot or some support USB dongles. But the 3G/4G ones are designed to be pretty foolproof because they're not generally used by people who know what they're doing.
