Ok I phrased that poorly. That's what I meant by solidarity.

But I guess that means that the other hypothesis is that Sabat will drop KC completely and do Monica's thing instead.

I prefer the Toei angle here. It makes the most business sense.

I kind of hope that happens. Vic being invited back a month in advance is one thing. Sabat dropping out within 48 hours is whole different beast entirely.

...I was just on page 823 and when I went to the next one I ended up on 822 and there's nothing after. Weren't there 5-8 pages more just now?

There is a 4th one, @RodgerDodger brought up a good point, Toei cancels the "Prince of All Saiyans" name, Sabat gets Schemmel butthurt, cancels tour.

Exactly.

This is the one that makes the most logical business sense. For everything we know about these people in play, the Morton's Fork here plays perfectly into how it would go going if Toei flexed a muscle.

All I know is its not because of the stupid "emergency recording session" because they could have moved the tour to Saturday or Sunday but no.

Tbh I don't remember it ever being like this. It could just be that over the past few years, more people started coming online and starting these circles. I never heard of any of these people until like last year some time. I initially watched geekdom's vids and found them entertaining. As time went by, I realized the guy was on twitter and that's when i was exposed to exactly what a pool of steaming toxic shit the anime community (DB Community especially) is.

From what i've seen, a majority of the drama that comes up in the community somehow involves him or one of the people he has been known to associate with and nearly all of them came from the kanzenshuu site, staff and/or forums. IMO, it just seems to me like people screaming for relevancy/attenton so they can make money on YouTube or some other platform.

Tbh I'm not really surprised he cancelled, and what a surprise, his cancellation actually falls within bounds of valid cancellation per his contract. Clean hands as always Iago. A few questions (Nick probably addresses them in his stream, but I can't catch it atm):
  • Sabat cancelled his studio tour, will he still be making an appearance at the con?
  • How badly does this affect Kameha Con's proceeds now that one of their main attractions has been cancelled? I mean I doubt they'd be taking a huge portion of these as it doesn't happen on their grounds, but I could be wrong
  • If the studio had a recording session scheduled for Friday, why didn't he just postpone the tour till Saturday?

Not sure about him canceling the con but Monica hinted at special surprise guests at her little event.....

Better would be for Ty to pop up, the quote to appear, then as Ty dips back behind the wall the quote disappears.
