It appears Toye might have deleted his reply.
And Moonbutt once again dazzles us with her legal prowess.

You don't get in trouble if you don't charge for it. That's the difference.
It's more I watched anime, realized it wasn't an accurate reflection of japan, and researched it myself. there are a few youtubers that live in japan and speak english decently well.
best example is, its a stereotype that japanese hate americans, but thats far from the truth. they just don't like jackasses that cause major lifestyle disruptions, like logan paul. further, they accept outsiders, but refuse and reject any unskilled panda's.
Unless you happen to be Ryan Brainless, and then everyone in Japan is out to get you and hates you, even though you speak flawless (beginner) Japanese, and are blatantly racist to you at all times. Like asking your Japanese girlfriend to translate for you when you speak so poorly even after 15 years of living there that they can't understand you.
Anyone else really bothered at the prospect of there being massive collateral damage in this fiasco?
If toei is wrecking kamehacon over this and funimation as a company goes down because they refuse to do anything but burn with these exceptional individuals, I can't really see that being anything but a Pyrrhic victory.
(Even if you don't hate subs as much as I do, if a lot less money comes from the west into the anime industry and it's harder to gain new fans, that'll affect subs too. Loads of manga and light novels are never translated precisely because they aren't as big and popular as anime)
I am worried about Japan getting involved or Funimation collapsing. It may be staffed by idiots, but its dubs are usually good quality and have started to be simulcast fairly often. They've done a lot for dubbing (including not censoring and over-localizing things) and if they go down suddenly it might do serious damage.
If this really ends up being the last Kamehacon, I hope that every fan knows whos fault it is. Those snakes couldn't just suck it up and go to the con, they had to attract the wrath of angry Japanese business men wielding swords made of glorious Nippon steel folded over 1 thousand times.
You can't really blame the businessmen. They're not allowed to use those swords in Japan but they can open carry in Texas. It's bound to happen.

There he goes again running his mouth
All I can hear from him is 'Senpai please, I've been naughty, won't you sue me? I'm so lonely.'
It's definitely Ren. Her everything points to Ren. Shane types and behaves differently. RbW gets involved in CG stuff and thinks it's normal to 'collect scalps' by reporting and 'deplatforming' people. Ren and RbW are clearly identical.
i'm going to dispel this myth that japanese companies hate unofficial merch. no. they do not. absolutely do they not. there are cons in japan where unofficial artists sell doujins all the time. the reason unofficial merch gets omaira mo shinderu'd? artists that tried to claim their art was 100% theirs, characters and all. like, for example, a certain shortround playing both sides.
There's also a difference between a limited release, like making a thousand doujin copies you sell at a con, and making an unlimited release, like putting a patch up on a website indefinitely. Even in American companies this is considered different. Indie devs like Toby Fox usually make a point to say that mass produced things are no-nos but handmade/limited stuff are fine to sell.
Also apparently that 30th Ann. has less than 100 to go before being funded. Seriously who the fuck funds a bd release? Almost as bad as SW fans being forced to fund for Jabba's cruiser or whatever the thing was, I forget the name atm, skiff?, anyway that thing.
People who aren't involved with or aware of any of this drama and just care about the Dragonball release. They don't have any ill-will toward Funi, many probably don't know that the bd release is bad, and plenty probably don't even know about Funi's track record with it. They just know it's a cool limited edition Dragonball Z release that's going to have cool stuff on it and thus they're funding it.

He does not seem to grasp that generic apologies are not admissions of guilt. Unless he's explicitly admitting to forcing Monica to do something, it's really not going to apply. And whatever he
did say, the Beard already knows and has built his lawsuit knowing whatever it is. This is a stupid argument you make before the person announces they've retained legal counsel. You don't make it when d-day is four days away.

Apparently Shane accidentally replied using the By Wolves account when he meant to use the Shane account?
Nah, that's Ren butting into the conversation to get attention, because the only person who wants attention more than Shane is Ren. Shane doesn't use that irritating ellipsis thing, which means the usage of RbW was intentional.
