Nick is teasing that the thing that happened at Zenkaikon will be out in the public at some point. We know what happened there and he doesn't know why they keep acting like nothing happened and that we don't know it happened.

Nick heard that Ryo Horikawa not coming is because of Toei. Because of all the stuff that's going on. He can't confirm it but this is the information he's heard

God help me I'm channeling Razorfist. But yeah the letter means my hybrid theory was right. Toei wanted the Tour changed to not use their IP. Sabat got pissy and took his ball and went home.
