To win a civil conspiracy you have to prove one exists. That doesn't mean taking some random person and saying they were involved. Much like if he were to say you were involved, or me. Neither of us were, and there is no documentation of us being involved in that Funi ordeal because we were not. The Monica and Jamie thing is sort of the same thing. It is people taking and trying to figure out an entire case based off just 1 year when the whole thing started way before that and the people who he thinks were ringleaders were not really involved at all.

What relevance does me or anyone else in the Farms not being involved in the investigation have? That’s what discovery is for.

And we’re not taking a random person. Monica admitted to civil conspiracy in her Feb. 19 message by saying that she met people who have had the hair-pulling experiences with Vic and then reported on it. That’s the conspiracy.

Unless you’re saying that Jamie and Monica are being dishonest.

What happened “way before” is irrelevant because it didn’t hinder Vic’s career, or at the very least, hasn’t been proven to.

Why on earth did you make a anime con when you seemingly have no interest in anime? Do you even like anime? If so what shows?
All the anime con owners I met have all been 20 somethings who are extremely devoted to anime so it's strange for a dude to make a convention of something they seem to not give a shit about

True story. One of the last years I was the director at A-Kon the owners had a dinner for the guests and friends on Sunday night and we always before show had to run the guest list by them so we could actually send the invites. Quite often even the people involved since the beginning of Anime Cons in the US had no idea who certain guests were.

I am unfortunately not a huge anime fan. I mean it is okay, but there is a ton of stuff to watch. I put on shows for the same reason I worked for other shows for 2 decades. There are people you only see once a year at each show.

@Shane_Yes_That_One With such a damning statement out of your own mouth referencing things you, yourself have done terrible things. How long do you expect to have any sense of freedom from the shit storm that will eventually land at your doorstep? Or is this whole whiteknight act your way of atoning and hoping to god that they dont come after you?
You know, @Shane_Yes_That_One, if you tell us what the "horrible things" were, it won't have to come up embarassingly in deposition. Win/win, right?

@Shane_Yes_That_One

What is your end goal so to speak?

When all this is over, what do you hope is accomplished? Make anime fandoms a safer place?

perhaps but doubtful. fandoms are inherently impossible to make 100% safe and anyone saying they can is likely trying to make a small little fiefdom out of it and you should shoot them in the head immediately.

although seriously, just don't trust them no matter how talented. treat them as you would a person you know is a creep.

#kickvic itself is proof of a civil conspiracy. They gave it a name and advertised it publicly. Civil conspiracy is a done deal in this. Most litigants dont leave a detailed public electronic record. Do you somehow think twitter doesn't count? Remarkable from someone that thinks life follows twitter tos rules.

Wait no, i do have one. Only one.

@Shane_Yes_That_One an honest answer, no propaganda, no repeating what the kickvic side is saying 24/7. Just your honest opinion of what you really believe.

Do you really think that after everything that has been said and done, Vic/Ty Beard will not sue anyone? Really?

I think Vic suing people like Funi, VAs, or cons would make things even worse for him. But I have said that from the beginning.

That is a damn good question. I would think that at the end of the day people start putting morals above profits. And I will leave that statement there.

Not trying to be an ass but my question was more of WHY you choose to spend so much work at anime conventions when you don't watch anime
It's weird to start conventions based on things you don't give a shit about and I wanna know what's the driving force behind it

if what you claim is true is in fact true, then yeah but what'll actually happen is such places just make contracts a bit more professional and make sure that shit like this can't happen.

worst case, the industry burns down because japan decides we're too fucking exceptional to be trusted for a couple decades and we just need to accept subs.

What should he do then? Just let them get away with ruining his life and dragging his name through the mud? How does suing VAs make things worse for him when it's the only way to have them come out and admit they're full of crap?
