If you look on Vics calendar you wont see a bunch of announcements for the rest of the year or next year. But Monica and the other VA's? Yep. Non stop and they are also still getting booked in roles.

Who do you think is winning here? Maybe if you listened to the people trying to tell you what is actually going on you would understand why. Or you can live in a fantasy land and when his appearances and roles basically dry up in 7 1/2 months you can come back and reflect on what could have been.

And it is quite likely that Ty told Nick roughly when they would file. That’s not privileged information. It’s a public filing. It isn’t anything involving strategy or client confidentiality. Lawyers leak filing dates to the press all the time.
