Even if they are I count 6ish people in the line during that clip, the other people have been lingering in pretty much all the shots.

Dragonball is not their IP, it's Shueshia's. Toei strictly owns the anime. The Fighterz thing was likely a Bandai thing considering Harada stepped in to announce he was gonna oversee tourney shit and that Fighterz was fine.

The three fat dudes in the above picture would pack that store all on their own. There is a difference between “it’s packed!” And “there are a lot of people here” the first is misinformation told to make you think the second. When the truth is it’s 6 people in a small space.
