I'm starting to think that the reason Vic was such a diva during work was because he was dealing with a group of incompetents -- not Rickey, though, he's an engineer and those tend to be fairly competent. Vic seems to have quite the long spanning career and probably a much more professional background, I'd throw diva tantrums too if I was dealing with VAs like Schemmel and Sabat or even directors that have no idea what they're doing. I don't think even saints have that kind of patience.
This, though... this makes me irrationally angry to read. It's innocent until proven guilty and while that's usually applied to criminal court it also can apply to civil matters. Although it doesn't really matter in this case since even if what they accuse Vic of having done had happened these idiots have already proven there to be a civil conspiracy and genuine malice. Not only that, but some people may have actually violated Texan law for not reporting it.
Honestly, I wish civics was a class you had to get a C or more in to pass high school. This is embarrassing.
Well if we assume that Sean's impression of him is rooted in some level of truth, just inflated and twisted for humor/out of malice, then you can actually see some of his 'diva' behavior in a sympathetic light. Essentially, the voice directors and such being absurd and irritating, and him not standing for it because he's been doing voice acting for 20 years and is considered not just popular but very good at his job.
I mean, look at the FMA live action movie dub. Whoever recorded or mixed or whatever his voice in that was so obnoxiously bad at their job that it's almost unwatchable. Everyone else has a dub about the expected level of a modern live action dub (their voices don't match lip movements, but they only make sound if the original actor is talking, no awkward silent lip flaps, voices sound like they belong in the movie and are coming from the characters) and then there's Ed's. For reasons I can't comprehend, even though his performance is fine, it sounds like it was filmed on a $2 microphone in someone's living room with the windows open. What I'm getting at is that he very clearly doesn't always end up working with competent people.

If the first four people are guessing are sued here’s how I see it.
Marchi and Funimation settle. Marchi seems to have wised up and stopped talking about kickvic since things have gotten more serious. Funimation will settle to keep more damaging things from getting out and to save money.
Soye will go down with the ship. He seems to think there’s a parade of women ready to condemn Vic on the stand in a trial.
Rial will just no show because she’s worthless and nothing to go after. She’ll stop talking about Vic though.
Marchi would be easy because of her malice, but I suspect someone like Marzgurl would be the smarter tactic, because she is a lynchpin in the conspiracy charges. Prove she conspired with ANN and you can drag ANN/the other CA people into it. Marchi's probably going to get taken down just by targeting Funimation, but Marzgurl, ANN, and the other tabloids attacking him will probably be more insulated against a Funi suit. Like little cells of conspiracy.
I think Ron and Monica are too stupid to settle because they think Iago and/or Igor will save them, Marzgurl will have no choice but to fold because she can't afford to fight it, and Funimation will at least file SLAPP and whatever else they can to obstruct Vic before they settle. If they were willing to settle immediately, they wouldn't wait to be served, and they certainly wouldn't refuse to even change their harrassment tweet despite being informed many, many times why it's a problem.
Funimation is going to probably do whatever embarrasses them least, but settling won't save them from discovery due to people like Monica, Sabat, and Marchi almost certainly involving Funimation in their conspiracy. Thus, I imagine they'll try to be difficult in the hopes that Ty and Vic decide they're too much trouble to deal with.
