Holy shit. Since Shane argued Vic down to "being inappropriate"... does that mean that Vic just has a lengthy history of jellybean tier jokes?

She's mad
Wow! She admits to thinking that eating a jellybean she signed is sexual harassment.

Funimation always lies a lot. This is one of them and they can't get away with it now.Funimation claimed that "investigation" was why he was fired.
Was Funimation lying?
These scumbags are going to be at each other's throats so soon it's hilarious, as their various lies get tripped over by the lies of the others and they desperately try to throw each other under the bus.
This kind of idiotic statement is exactly what ends up as a deposition question. It calls into question every other statement she makes about sexual harassment that she considers something like this "sexual harassment." It impeaches her credibility that she would publicly say things this stupid.
I can't believe she actually admitted that the jellybean story was apart of the investigation as innappropriate behavior and is actually trying to argue that the jellybean eating was innappropriateView attachment 727932

I'd say it also calls into question her sanity, but to do that, you need to have a court-ordered psychiatric examination, which is a thing under FRCP 35.
This buffoon should look into actual Texas law. No, they do not practice Twitter Soylaw in Texas.
Remember a month ago when she said she was done talking about this and “only positivity!” would be talked about?View attachment 727932

They only implied it, but that's enough. Not only would a reasonable person be likely to infer a defamatory meaning from their statement (which is sufficient for Vic to claim it was defamatory), but in fact the defamatory meaning is the only reasonable interpretation of their statement. A reasonable person isn't just likely to interpret it in a way that defames Vic; it's literally the only possible way that you could interpret it.Funimation claimed that "investigation" was why he was fired.
So, Vic giving his phone number to fans who actually wanted his phone number for innocent reasons is sexual harassment, but signing your name on a piece of candy and giving it to someone when all he wanted was a jelly bean, not a jelly bean you sexually assaulted with your gross hands and Sharpie isn't.So if the Jelly Bean thing is somehow “sexual harassment” at what point did it become so? Was it at the point Vic commented on eating it? Or was it at the point Monica wrote her name on it before giving it to him? Why did she write her name on a piece of candy before giving it to him? And we seem to see this a lot with Monica’s claims. They seem to involve overt acts initiated by her, that Vic is merely reacting to. Why did she go to his hotel room? I don’t think ?I am alone in believing a Texas Jury would be wondering more than a bit regarding miss Rial’s actions in all of this?
That's what I was going to say, she managed to keep up pretending to play nice and stay quiet on twitter, kept it going for like a month and this happens then she immediately has a Twitter meltdown.Remember a month ago when she said she was done talking about this and “only positivity!” would be talked about?
She must be super upset no one is taking the Jellybean story as “serious” sexual assault.
