How much you want to bet something "new" comes up from her. So the jellybean and hotel room incident, which the hotel room, she said no and they stopped. Yet that somehow still is bad, she is obviously the type of person to muck up previous experiences or events that a normal person would think nothing of, into something negative so she can be the victim.

They seem to involve overt acts initiated by her, that Vic is merely reacting to. Why did she go to his hotel room? Not only would a reasonable person be likely to infer a defamatory meaning from their statement (which is sufficient for Vic to claim it was defamatory), but in fact the defamatory meaning is the only reasonable interpretation of their statement. A reasonable person isn't just likely to interpret it in a way that defames Vic; it's literally the only possible way that you could interpret it.

This question is key. There are plenty of places where sexually suggestive comments to colleagues could potentially meet the criteria for sexual harassment, but context - including whether it had happened before and whether Vic had been told to knock it off - is everything.
