Also, Nick just said Tarrant County. He pops in and out all the damn time. I'll try to ask him if it's the county courthouse, or the district courthouse.

If it's being filed directly in one of the DISTRICT courts within Tarrant County, and that website won't show it, there may some other databases we can check.

As for why you'd want to do a litigate against SJWs in Tarrant County, I'll give y'all a guess...

God Bless Texas.

Edit - I think I know the next group of people the REEEEE brigade will be targeting as well as the narrative they'll be spinning.

It has to be district court because even the county county can only go up to $100,000 in Tarrant.

It's called hitting the wall. Most white women age like dogshit.

That's also why she is sperging so bad. She used to be Vic's 3 hole queen and now is just a beard for that gay faggot Ron Toye. That Vic dick must have been mighty good for that bitch to completely lose her mind over it.
My response to both....Rush Limbaugh cigar puff/smile

This is the district clerk

But these fuckers want you to pay for access, which is the first time I've ever seen this anywhere in Texas

Like that's just some shit, he filed it in the only county in Texas you have to pay to view the documents.

It's hilarious when PULLacks try to think.
I could see this. It might not be as one-dimensional as we wanna make it.

My money is on Tye ripping Nick's mask off in court to reveal him as Chris Sabat right before Mark Waid hits Tye from behind with a metal chair. Both will then nail Vic with a double suplex onto the Plaintiff's table. Zaid will stand up from the bench & pull off his mask & the alt-right comic & weeb skinheads in the courtroom will trample eachother as they flee.

Vic's dick is blessed by The Lord, of course it's good. No way Ms. Choy can compare.

Okay, well...

You know what guys? I'm starting to hate this topic so very much. I just want the damn thing to be filed, so we can laugh at that.

I figure if nothing else, it's been narrowed down even more.

It could also be that Vic won't be expecting more than 100k in damages from any one defendant.

Yeah, Google also confirms that Flower Mound address is Denton. I looked it up on Google Maps. It's in an industrial park. There's Youtube videos of people visiting it.

It's hilarious watching non-Texans get confused by our legal system.

  • JP (Justice of the Peace) Court is small claims, $10,000, also all misdemeanors
  • County Court is $10,000-$100,000*
  • District Court has concurrent original jurisdiction starting at $500 and exclusive jurisdiction for ammounts over $100,000*, also all felonies and where all death sentences in Texas are handed out.

*Some county courts are authorized up to $250,000 by state law, Tarrant is not one.

In any event, Nick just confirmed he'll know the second its filed. So don't worry. We now know it's in Tarrant, and Tarrant doesn't seem to be very SJW friendly, regardless of whether they're going through the county or District court.

We have JP courts for small claims, evictions, ect., and municipal courts for minor criminal violations. So we're not super simple.

What we don't have is a separate county and district systems. That's all one thing called Superior Court (e.g. "In the Superior Court of Arizona, in and for the County of X").

A nice little ~1:30 (80 miles) round trip drive to the court house if it's MoRon crew and Marchi. Is it safe to assume that would be billable time for the lawyers too; if they live outside the county?
