Update for folks who don't watch the stream: there is Iago, there is Igor, there is Redfield. Yes, we have three behind the scenes players now. Farmers here have identified them according to the Beard, says Nick. In other news, KickVic is still fucked.
There may be enough dirt on Iago to file against him this week, but it's doubtful. It would make more sense to go after him after discovery in other cases to make a stronger case. Same with the other two, really.
Watching Nick play Ace Attorney was fun, recommended to any who have the time to do so.

First, Sony is so disinterested in shutting down the evil black face lawyer and defending their fair maidens at Funi, they reviewed his profanity-laced counter-claim on their content ID on his 24 stream and went.... "fair enough." The one PULL said he was unhinged for making.
Secondly, I overheard much earlier in the day that there might be funny MarzGurl-related content next week on the show (note: she's likely not getting sued... yet... so it's not that). I know there's been a lot of people wanting to dig into her as a cow over the past few months. I like @ProtecSpeedwagon knows what might be up. Can't say much more without possibly invoking wrath, but as always... the ride will only get more wild from here.

I live in a country which gleefully shits over international law and the EU court. Local judges barely understand how a computer functions beyond press button to make screen light up, let alone how the Internet works.

Unlike the PULL tards they could look at it and see the fair use claim was completely legitimate.
And unlike Universal Music Corp., they realized if this crazy ranting guy who actually is a lawyer felt like it, he could bring a lawsuit against them and collect attorney's fees if they continued to pursue an absolutely bullshit claim against him despite knowing it was fair use.
None of these idiots are safe, except possibly Shane who everyone knows is just an absolute fucking idiot who knows less than nothing. Even if they're not being sued, they're all in jeopardy of third party discovery to find out what they know, and there's all kinds of shit in the backgrounds of these clowns they don't want known, either because it's just plain embarrassing or nukes any woke reputation they have.

I just think it's funny SME has the IP rights to the song the content ID system caught. This dropped right after he mentioned in his stream tonight that he has heard jack shit from Sony in terms of demanding he stop BTFOing one of their subsidiaries on the nightly. He called them worthless pieces of shit in his counterclaim.
Hell, I think even @Null raised his eyebrows over how Nick responded.
