Wow, kudos on the wordcraft. Bravo! :heart-full:

Thank you. But to be fair, I have a couple decades as a professional writer/journo ;)

Pop on a Mary Poppins video and sing along...

"Superhomosogynistictransislamophobic "

Superhomosogynistictransislamophobic !
Watch the way they bounce around
It's really quite areobic
If you scream it loud enough
Then everyone will know it
Superhomosogynistictransislamophobic !

They made us all afraid to speak
And made us very sad
The right, the middle and the geeks
Were all told we were bad
But then one day we learned a word
That sounded like old prose
The biggest word you ever heard
While looking down your nose:

Superhomosogynistictransislamophobic !
Watch the way they bounce around
It's really quite areobic
If you scream it loud enough
Then everyone will know it
Superhomosogynistictransislamophobic !

So when the leftists scream and shout
There's no need for dismay
Just summon up this word
If you are straight, black, white or gay
But better use it carefully
Or it can change your life
One night I said it to a lib
And they gave up on life!

They're Superhomosogynistictransislamophobic !
No matter how you use this word

Superhomosogynistictransislamophobic
Superhomosogynistictransislamophobic
Superhomosogynistictransislamophobic!

Maybe I missed it in all the pages here now, but has Monica ever explained how or why she has so many details about a private HR investigation of a fellow contractor? ?

Not fellow contractor. Funimation is 95% owned by Sony. Which basically makes them a subdivision.

She went crying to Sony. She initiated the investigation in the first place.

Sony did an investigation. Turned up jack shit. Inconclusive.

She then cried to Funimation that she was gonna take her ball and go home if something wasn't done about Vic notwithstanding that the Sony thing didn't prove anything.

Funimation concocted the idiotic "following the an investigation" bullshit to get the kuckleheads to calm down.

That's the current story.

Alright guys according to kickvic logic we have finally confirmed renfamous is a sexual predator who rapes beautiful MEN and Women. I wouldn't believe you if it was only one of you guys but so many its no denying it anymore. :story:

Anyone denying you guys is VICTIM SHAMING.
It's a firm case! Contact our canadian paralegal inmediately so we can proceed in our witchhunt march of justice!
I mean it when I say this: Funimation and Monica deserve each other.
As they say: a match made in heaven.
Juicy but I'll keep some skepticism on the basis that the video of the costhot has yet to be delivered. Really interesting if true tho.

Best crossover yet

I get a feeling this is correct but missing a line or two to be completely accurate. Something like Rial went to Iago, who told her to go to either Sony or Funimation. Then Iago pushes his weight around to get Vic kicked despite the lack of anything conclusive. I just don't see how Rial is so important to Funimation that they'd kick Vic over her. There's a puzzle piece missing.

Any good channels to replace geekdom101?
I actually liked his content aside from his voice and spoiling the manga in video titles/thumbs

I'm still confused as to whether there was one investigation or two.

The io9 article stated that they found that there was an investigation back in the summer of 2018, before the recording of Broly, that was inconclusive. When asked to talk about the January/February investigation, they redirected the journalist back to the tweet they made about Vic's termination.

It is interesting why they can't give details about this new investigation but gave details about the summer investigation.

That's because there was no second investigation. Funi and the conspiring VA's only phrased things to make you fill in the blank that there was a Jan/Feb investigation in your own mind. Remember Sony came in to do the December 2018 one, because Funi's HR was so dysfunctional that nothing they did could pass legal muster. Funi did not have the capability to do a legit internal investigation. (The fact that we hear reports of Samatha Inoue Harte involved should be the huge corroboration of that.) They were playing word games to somehow give you the impression that the Investigation and Vic's firing were related, and that there was a subsequent second investigation. It would appear to be pure un mitigated bullshit. And this in particular seems to be what winds both Nick and Ty up into the white hot fury that we saw last night.

Also Vic not admitting guilt for something he didn't do, that's a crucial part of the case. Then again they may have worn him down without Nick's help...

Still, I feel they are focused on Nick over Ty because Nick uses Twitter and thus 'exists'. Ty is a boomer who has two or three tweets, ergo, doesn't matter to their hugbox. May as well be a folk tale.
And some apparently still think Ty is a folk tale, or at least are in denial.

Remember, vic diesnt even has a real lawyer.

The only thing I know I didn't include in my timeline was that Monica expressed disdain on Twitter that Funimation were being (in her opinion) a bunch of "cowards" for not "doing anything." That would be her likely story for going to Sony.

Whether she elevated it to Sony based on her own volition, or Sabat was pulling strings, I cannot say.

But, as I've said countless times, it's not coincidental this shit happened after Gen stood down (on February 1st) and Sony took a more hands-on approach. They CLEARLY saw that as an avenue to make their move on Vic. Otherwise they would have done this a long time ago. Especially considering it seems like all their stories are almost a decade old.

My theory is that Gen wasn't inclined to do shit for these idiots. He was... to his credit... holding this ship of fools together all these years. After the sale to Sony, and Gen was out as leadership, they decided to make their move by crying to Sony. What followed is what Nick shared... (inconclusive investigation, Monica's tantrum notwithstanding, etc.).

You are right. KC proved that you would be stupid to throw out Vic in favor of Rial over petty grievances. It was blindingly obvious from the start.

The pressure had to be much larger than that. Iago had them over some kind of barrel that would have resulted in a much more costly disruption than just finding another Bulma. The implication here is that kind of leverage goes beyond TI and civil conspiracy and into some serious criminal FTC shit.

Interesting if true, but can I get a refresher on who Enosh is and why I should trust what they have to say more than this Terez character? (And who is Terez, for that matter?)

Emosh is a YouTuber who is #IStandWithVic and hangs in the same circles as SenpaiIsHome, SGSAMI, Hero Hei, Yellow Flash, and TUG.
Emosh debated Rei Bear (Renfamous' friend IRL) in a stream, but I haven't watched it. He also was on Nick Rekieta's stream recently, too.

Terez runs a Dragon Ball subreddit and has allies in AnimeAjay and the staff of Kanzenshuu (though she is not a moderator on the site).

And some apparently still think Ty is a folk tale, or at least are in denial.

I find the silliest part of it all, even besides the fact that they are ignoring Nick repeatedly insisting that he is not Vic's lawyer, is the notion that he wouldn't be a "real lawyer" anyway. A lawyer from the boonies is a lawyer still and can destroy you in court as a layman.

Emosh is one of the youtubers who's been covering the Vic case and he is #istandwithvic.
He also attended KamehaCon and was actually one of the volunteer staff there actually. He took a picture with Vic during his signing.

The missing piece is that it wasn't just Rial alone that made enough of a stink. Nick on his stream last night implied that several employees at Funimation threatened to quit unless they got rid of Vic because they tried to get Sony to terminate him by launching an investigation against him but when the investigation done by Sony came up inconclusive, they resorted to plan B to get rid of him in the form of crying and throwing temper tantrums and threatening to walk unless Funi got rid of him themselves. Then after the deed was done, they got whoever manages Funi's twitter account to make an announcement that "following their own investigation" Vic was fired in order to cover up the fact that they sabotaged him behind the scenes to get him terminated because of reasons i.e exceptional exceptionalism.

So we know how they did it, the real missing piece is WHY.

Remember, during Kameha Con, Rial, Josh Grelle, Jason Douglas, Daman Mills and Sarah Wiedenheft left Kameha Con; all of them did voice-over work in Dragon Ball Super. If you want, you could add Megan Harvey, since I believe she did a voice or two at Funimation. My conjecture is that a group of people banded together to coerce Funimation (and by extension Rooster Teeth and a bunch of conventions) to drop Vic, rather than just Rial, or otherwise, they all would leave or extort/blackmail these companies. I mean, she did say she conversed with other "victims" before going into the investigation and wanted to corroborate their stories with hers.

I mean, who would think that any company would be able to conduct an investigation worth anything in at most a week without every employee having simultaneously walked in on him in the act with the fabled 15 25 60 million 27 at at the same time-- which would of course nullify the need for an investigation in the first place?

The pressure had to be much larger than that. Iago had them over some kind of barrel that would have resulted in a much more costly disruption than just finding another Bulma. The implication here is that kind of leverage goes beyond TI and civil conspiracy and into some serious criminal FTC shit.

Are...

...are you suggesting that we're dealing with an actual -gate, and that #kickvic is the watershed?

To be fair I felt something off when she mentioned that they never showed up and it was 8:45, it just gave me a 'did you stand at the right spot?'
Also she did say 'buss stop,' I doubt they'd make you wait there for a ride anyways, also the fact she went inside to ask someone about it and nothing happened was also an eyebrow raiser to me.

also, going to kill something off at the path.

no rial, marchi, and toye, and the rest of you slimy fucks.

there is no way in hell that funi made their own super duper secret investigation and found fireable offenses or sexual harrassment. if the multi-billion global megacorp couldn't find shit to fire him for, funi has a better chance of literally making time travel than finding that shit. fuck off with your nonsense excuses that are coming.
