Will they likely be available so soon? Especially given it's the (Good) Friday before the Easter holiday? Is next Monday or early next week a more realistic expectation? Law folks, inquiring minds want to know!

First of all, I don't believe @ShortRound said shit (unless he wants to correct me here). Everybody on the Discord I saw was waiting patiently. It's true Nick said it was coming down to the wire because of more new info, but he never once said it wasn't going to happen today. He even indicated they were trying their damnedest to get it in before the court closed.

It was a photo finish. Which makes it even more epic.

Secondly, Shane also claims he believes Ty. Ty just confirmed it's been filed. Shane is delusional. It... just... HAPPENED Shane. Believe it.

Thirdly, I'm now hearing that we'll all be hearing it again, from Ty, TONIGHT!

depends, do the government close early on good Fridays? if so then they might be filed (depends how many cases where brought in today). If not then it should be filed today.

Nick just said "we'll see" about having to wait till Monday. Keep the faith. This is a momentous turn of events. Papers have been formerly filed with the clerk. You have confirmation from both Ty and Nick. We're now about to begin the phase where they'll begin service of process and all that stupid ministerial shit, and that's simple compared to what just got done.

digital. sometimes, just because a service is closed does not mean no one reports for duty.

court workers may still show up for a few hours of work but do not open the office officially. mind, this is speculation.

Gonna be honest if I had to vote Ty or Nick for best burns, I'd have to go with Ty. Nick has more burns and destroys people, but Ty does little, but every time he delivers he freaking delivers. What did we do to deserve two hilarious lawyers on the dumbest lawsuit of the year?
