They really worked fast for this one. I bet the guy looked through a few of the 400 tweets and agreed it was a pointless case and just filed it using OT just to screw with them.
Any chance of a stream about the lawsuit tonight after all? looks like info is coming out already.
maybe an overview but no details as it's only filed and no details have been added online.

Nick just confirmed to me that Ty WILL be on tonight.

But there might not (most likely not) be the actual papers displayed.

Either way. Watch tonight.

I'm noticing a distinct lack of attorney's on the defendant's side, am I being a dumb-dumb, or is that not normal?

It's normal.

That will be added in later as the court gets the information (filings) from the other side. The defendants get served. Not their lawyers.

So whatever happened to Ty running into Soye's legal team and backing off, Shane?

Whatever happened to your inside sources?

What ever happened to those lawyers just waiting to clarify on why the lawsuit was never going to happen?

@Shane_Yes_That_One You're a fucking idiot that literally needed reality to slap you in the face for you to ever concede how stupid you've been acting.

So one of the tweets above says Vic is asking for a million dollars of relief (I don;t see that in the docs I see posted here, but let's go with it). Is that for all of them together, or one million each?

Well, they haven't even gotten their papers yet (and probably won't until Monday because Good Friday (so, for those following Revised Julian, we're looking at a Holy Week Serving) so they still need to announce who their attorneys are/get actual attorneys... unless they're going pro se, in which case:

(I mean, I would have posted this whether or not they would ever have lawyers. If they even get lawyers, they'll probably play this two inches away from their faces on the biggest speakers they have, and then potentially attempt to give them a shooting for even subjecting them to the pre-retention briefing.)

Weren't these dipshits warned for literal months to lawyer up? :story:

I just saw Shane's twitter, and he tweets that he admits that he was wrong, there is a lawsuit coming, AND SOYE F** LIKED IT. I don't think this man has ever been in court before. Has he done jury duty? I haven't, but I even I know that court is not something pleasant.

What the fuck is up with this dude?
