Welp, no solid contenders, going by google images. But a female judge would be insult to injury in a case like this!

EDIT:
Now Shane is trying to pretend he knows who the leaker is by using fake a code name.

Going by Shane's track record so far, it makes perfect sense that he thinks the prosecution is going to bother alleging there was an investigation in their prayer for relief/filings for discovery.

Shane is so stupid. Even if nasty things come out about Vic it still ends up with people getting the truth and actual evidence, which is all anyone wanted in the first place. Also I'm pretty sure discovery is going to reveal that there are a lot of nasty "highly problematic" people at Funimation. Their supporters are going to love that.
It's the false idea that everyone is supporting Vic cause he's Vic and not because this whole situation kickvic put him in is fucked and they could NEVER back up anything they said with something substantial. Therefore if it's revealed that Vic is a monster we will regret it. If Vic did any scummy stuff then fuck him but cunts like Shane should get a good fucking 2

He's annoying, but I feel bad for him. I know several people like him, and while they can be annoying you have to temper your anger with a healthy dose of pity.

FUCK THAT. The POS earned what he gets. One thing you WILL learn after being around or researching these subhumans is that they are evil. 100% to the core evil. August Aimes is dead because of people like this. TUG's family is threatened with CPS daily because of people like this and of course, Vic and Rich Meyer had to go to war to salvage their lives because of people like this.

You are a normal human. You have compassion. They arent and don't.

The complaint is a model of the brevity favored under the notice pleading standard prevailing in Texas.

It's a thing of beauty.

Notice pleading, as opposed to fact pleading, is intended to be a clear, brief and concise delineation of what the accusations in the case are, without excessive dwelling on the full factual background.

For a remarkably complex case, this clocks in at a tidy 14 pages while describing an involved civil conspiracy. It probably took a lot longer to draft this than an example of the opposite, the complaint in the Maddox case, which took 53 pages to complain of being called a cuck online.

So there was a single investigation (around Jan 24th). It was by Sony. And Sony fired Vic after it a few days later. The Feb 11th announcement came 2 weeks after Vic had already been fired.

Edit: To be clear, that means the ENTIRE Funimation tweet thread was unneeded. THE ONLY THING THEY HAD TO DO IS SAY NOTHING.

And they couldn't help but virtue signal, and it's going to cost them millions of dollars.

Bits and pieces from a quick reading

The shekels:

(7) The subject matter in controversy is within the jurisdictional limits of this Court. Plaintiff seeks monetary relief over $1,000,000.00.

The third event:

Another alleged inappropriate conduct between Vic and two fans (not Funimation or Sony employees) at a convention three years prior (again not at any Funimation or Sony facility or event); Vic emphatically denied any inappropriate conduct.

"I want his balls" tweet is on page 7

Ron by far has the most interrogatories/requests for production

Attorney names are Ty Beard, Carey-Elisa Christine (Amazon Prime, right?), Kristina M. Ross, and Jim E. Bullock (the politician, right?)
